15' Sarvas absolutely blasts one from the corner of the box forcing a save and earning a corner. Corner is about as successful as you would expect from our offense. First real good look either team has had.
25' Houston gets its first shot, deflected for a corner. Corner cleared then a second shot, not on target, that's deflected for a goal kick.
Wow, I don't know how Houston's keeper saved that over the bar. Sarvas should have scored. Ensuing corner caught by the keeper.

DeOliveira seems unsure whether to pull a card on some fairly rough play, but gave a soft YC to Ricardo Clark. Rapids had the better run of play after about the 20' mark. Sarvas' shot was solid, and Deric's save was amazing. Decent build on some attacks. I don't like the Rapids' back line. Communication seems to be lacking and the Dynamo have some lanes if they ever get their act together. This is a cause for concern in the second half. All in all, not a terrible effort on the road. The Rapids are, however, at 465' scoreless and counting.
