Friend of mine studying engineering or something like that is doing some thesis project or something for University on remodeling Costa Rica's national stadium (which many of you dont know because we havent used it much the last 10 years)..... For this he needs some info regarding FIFA statues for building a stadium, u know, like guidelines and what not....... if you know of any website where I can find such info, Id really appreciate it... thanks guys.
