It'd best be a nice building!!!

My company is about to merge with RRD (thank god I got in on the stock options early!! Plus the 1000 shares they gave me for all my hard work).

I don't wanna have to go to a crappy building when I come back to crack skulls...

You can look at bofill's work at Bofill.com

I forgot to mention that he also designed Dearborn Center.

    I think it's a postmodern tragedy, but hey, that's just me :)

Shimizu S-Pulse's stadium in Japan, cap 20,400.

Something similar that's a little larger with covered sides would do for me. I like the stands in the ends.

And it will be expanded, as Salzburg is one of the host cities for Euro 2008. Here is another 2008 stadium:

    St. Jakob Park, Basel (30,000)

do not mention the name of the dirty scum S-Pulse here! They are a disgrace to soccer in Japan and should be thrown into the ocean and made to go play against Guam.

As for a good stadium, try this one, its one of my favorties!

    http://www.wldcup.com/Asia/stadia/hakata.html

its covered sides, with 22-23k seating capacity. I have sat all over it, and there is not a bad seat in the house!

    Oh man... I LOVE it.

Seriously, that may be one of the best designs I've seen yet. I think for our purposes we could do something a little more angular and have a slightly more retro/traditional slant on that idea but that's the right direction.

    Kick ass.

Always been partial to the Reebok in Bolton.

Maybe have a roof over the sides, take away the upper deck on the ends. Capacity of anywhere from 25,000 to 35,000. Possibly have a brick exterior and there you go...although then it wouldn't be too different from the Hakata Stadium.

you see the fan section at the top? That's the vistors section, since I hate the team in the city I lived in, I sat there most of the time, unless it was J League team that I thought sucked horribly. I think its as close as I have been to a field, without it being the horrible carpets of Naperville, or me rushing the field to teardown the goals posts at Memorial Stadium in Champaign.

    Stadium design

I love that Basel stadium. Hakata on the other hand looks like CRAP. Move on gentleman.
