I imagine this has been a topic before, but with iPod and more mp3 players hitting the market, I've been wondering of late, just how these devices have changed the way we listen to music. I've always loved headphones-vinyl, tapes, discs, doesn't matter. When I was a kid, I would sit for hours like mental patient (something my wife claims not have have changed ) listening to one album side after another. Now, as I walk to work each morning-like many in NYC-I have my portables with me. I think it's really cemented the way I listen to music, and I don't listen to my system through the cabinets as much, So, this poll. Oh, and if you are a headphones geek, any reviews/tips on headphone models. I'm itching for a new set.
