BTW..the whole world look at the World CUP...they dont bother what Morocco did at the Africa CUP...and what KSA did in the Asian cup...the WC is the most important where everyone takes notice...how many ppl in the world know about KSA 5-0 GHANA....a friendly...

SO...Saudi arabia are smart...they embarass themselves in the WC..evry1 knows about 8-0...and 4-0 with Ukraine....hahahahahhaha

Morocco would rather not qualify purposely than lose 8-0....

    :)

You call the african cup pathetic?
So the Asian cup is what?
It's the boring football tournament in the world. No goals, no good football.

You do realise that with respect to the Saudi-Ghana friendly, that the Ghana team had just landed in Saudi Arabia moments before kickoff after a long flight from France where they had played a match against Morocco on the Saturday.

The Ghana players were so jet lagged they could hardly jog, let alone sprint and the clip even makes that obvious. The same Ghana without the likes of Appiah or Essien put 3 past Saudi in Saudi before the world cup. Abeg, that 5-0 was an anomaly.

However, either way I suppose the scoreline still says 5-0, so I should give the Saudi players due credit.

    Still Morocco>>>>>>>>Saudi Arabia.

Yes and the whole world knows that Saudi Arabia beat Morroco in the 1994 world cup.

    Group F
Team Pts Pld W D L GF GA GD
    Netherlands 6 3 2 0 1 4 3 +1
    Saudi Arabia 6 3 2 0 1 4 3 +1
    Belgium 6 3 2 0 1 2 1 +1
    Morocco 0 3 0 0 3 2 5 -3

Saudi Arabia has some problems with European countries but when it comes to African countries, they have had good results.

We would have beaten Tunisia too in the 2006 worldcup But God had other plans and they scored in the last minute.

Moments before kick off? They arrived before by a couple of days! And even trained the day before the game. Tired? So what, you don't lost 5-0 to Saudi Arabia just because of exhaust, maybe Saudi Arabia is just better than Ghana? Let the 5-0 alone, look at Japan, they won Egypt 4-1, and Cameroon 2-1. Asian top teams are few compared to Africa, but the best in Asia are better than all African teams except maybe Ivory Coast.

No, you are wrong. The team left France on the day of the game!!

The Saudis brought the game forward by 1 day too, they wanted a win at all costs. I don't know where you got your info from, but it is wrong. The team arrrived on game day, didn't eat, sleep, train or acclimatise.
Either way, I still give Saudi Arabia credit, as you can only beat what is in front of you. However the Ghanaian players should have refused to play, the organisation was a shambles.

You realise that Ghana beat Saudi 3-1 in their own back yard before the World cup right?
We also beat Japan in their own back yard. We beat South Korea 3-1, twice (once in Korea and once in Scotland).

This one off Saudi anomaly was just that, an anomaly. Apart from that when was the last time Ghana lost to an Asian team...?

Ghana's record against Asian teams in the last 3 years is :

    P5 W4 D0 L1 F10 A8 GD+2

By the way, why does Saudi Arabia play only at home versus african teams?
When Morocco wanted to play against you in Morocco last Summer you retreated.

All Saudi newspapers, sport or general, mentioned that Ghana NT trained on the day before the game in King Fahd Stadium. Yes I know Ghana beat Saudi Arabia back in 2006, but we have had changed many players after the WC, many new young players, so thats why their has been an improvement. Of course the 5-0 isn't really the difference between Ghana and Saudi Arabia, but to go on and say that Ghana is better than Saudi Arabia is unfair.

We rarely play away during the season whether against African or European teams. We only play away friendlies when we have a official game or qualifier on the road.

There's a saying that goes "It's not a lie as long as you believe it".

What field player on the entire Saudi team is even remotely close to being considered "World Class"?

Better yet, how many Saudi field players in the history of modern football have ever even come close to playing top-flight football?

Heck, you guys aren't even on the first page of the Fifa rankings!
You trail behind the likes of Bosnia-Herzegovina & Canada!

Please.... you're not fooling anyone here.

Take that nonsense back to your own forums.

(Setanta Sport) Morocco defender Abdeslam Ouaddou has put the Atlas Lions’ poor African Cup of Nations’ campaign down to a lack of togetherness.

Moncef Zerka claimed there was bad blood between the players from the domestic league and ones from overseas and this has been backed up by Valenciennes stopper Ouaddou.

“The squad suffers ego problems,” he told L’Equipe. “Pride is a good thing, but when you are wearing the national shirt you have to think of the collectiveness.

“I have been told that some players that didn’t play smiled when we conceded goals. We can’t accept that.

“This team has a huge potential and we waste it for ego problems.

“In Ghana, everything went wrong after our win against Namibia. There have not been clashes, just a bad atmosphere that you can feel.

“We should copy Ivorians, who seem happy when they are playing.”

All the players of the Morocco NT are professionals....Not like the Saudi NT....a bunch of losers like Yasser Al Qahtani...who Man City didnt like

Morocco Players play in Bordeaux, Nancy, AS Roma, Valencienne, and other professional teams...Also there are alot of players who were not called like Aissati, Boukhari....

Im telling u if Morocco got all there players...we could beat Saudi Arabia over 5-0...this is true...and many people would agree...because players like Aissati play with pros, they play against teams like Barcelona, Real Madrid, AC Milan...etc....

Wait and see what Morocco will do in WC2010...they Inshallah will qualify and do something good....not lose 8-0, 4-0....:)

    S. Arabia just struggled to beat the likes of Luxembourg by one goal, they also struggle to beat minnows in Asia. They have improved this recent Asian cup, I saw a few of their matches, but they would not even be considered a top 10 side in Africa, this is the truth, however they are easily top 5 in Asia.

That was your only decent showing at the worldcup. After that you've been the worst performers from asia.

    Morocco :
    2 wins - Portugal(3:0), Scotland(3:0)
    4 draws - Mexico(1:1), England(0:0), Poland(0:0), Norway(2:2)
    7 losses - Peru(1:3), Germany(0:1)&(1:2), Belgium(0:1), Holland(1:2), KSA(1:2), Brazi(0:3)

    Goals for:12, goals against:17 = -5

    KSA
    2 wins - Morocco(2:1), Belgium(1:0)
    2 draws - South Africa(2:2), Tunisia(2:2)
    9 losses - Holland(1:2), Sweden(1:3), France(0:4), Denmark(0:1), Cameroon(0:1), Ireland(0:3), Germany(0:8), Spain(0:1, Ukraine(0:4)

    Goals for:9, goals against:32 = -23

And let's not get into Cameroon and Nigeria.

The numbers don't lie. who gives a toss about a 5-0 win in an obscure friendly.
