El Aris del Pescado Ruiz visita al Rosenborg


Rosenborg y Aris de Salónica protagonizarán el otro choque del Grupo B en esta segunda jornada de la primera fase de la Europa League. Los noruegos tratarán de hacerse fuertes en su casa, en el Lerkendal Stadion de Trondheim para empezar a sumar puntos después del batacazo que se dieron en el primer encuentro del torneo, en el que el Bayer Leverkusen les pasó por encima (4-0) gracias a un triplete de Helmes y otro tanto de Reinartz.

Para ambos conjuntos será la ocasión perfecta de sumar puntos en un grupo en el que, si tienen alguna oportunidad de quedar segundos, pasa precisamente por arrancarle puntos al otro equipo teóricamente más débil.
El Aris, que seguramente será comandado en el ataque por el delantero guatemalteco Carlos el Pescado Ruiz, aterrizó en Noruega con los tres puntos logrados ante el Atlético y el triunfo cosechado en su competición doméstica, la Súper Liga Griega.
Con un gol en el último minuto del croata Danijel Cesarec, el Aris se quedó con los tres puntos ante el Ergotelis. Por su parte, el Rosenborg llega a la cita después de imponerse por 2-3 al Brann. El cuadro de Trodheim recibirá al Atlético de Madrid en su estadio el próximo 4 de noviembre.

El Aris Salónica de Carlos Ruiz cae ante el Rosenborg


La segunda fecha en la fase de grupos de la Europa League no fue afortunada para el Aris Salónica que lidera en la delantera el guatemalteco Carlos el Pescado Ruiz, y es que cayó derrotado 2-1 ante el Rosenborg de Noruega, que cosechó su primera victoria en el certamen.

El Aris, dirigido por el argentino Héctor Cúper salió al campo noeruego con la motivación de haber triunfado en su estadio, en la primera fecha del certamen frente al vigente campeón de la competición, el Atlético de Madrid (1-0), con anotación de Javito, con asistencia de Ruiz.
Sin embargo, fue el Rosenborg el equipo que se fue al frente en el marcador, ya que al minuto 37 Moldskred marcó el primero del encuentro.
El conjunto griego no se dejó intimidar y se fue en busca del empate, el cual materializó el Pescado Ruiz, luego de que Javito le devolviera el pase del primer partido. El balón fue centrado desde el flanco derecho por el español, y el guatemalteco lo convirtió en anotación.
Con ese resultado inició el segundo tiempo, Cúper quiso asegurar el marcador, y sacó del campo a Ruiz al minuto 63, sin saber que cinco minutos después llegaría el segundo tanto del Rosenborg por medio de Prica.
Cúper trató de buscar el empate realizando algunos cambios; sin embargo, al final el Aris cayó derrotado.

Thanks for the info. ishto, i just dont know if we consider Estuardo to be part of the Guate team since he played for the US men's U20. I think he can still be called up for the mayor in Guate.

 

This guy will be another Cincotta. Guatemalan blood but doesn't want to play for Guate. Let alone be called up.

Well that's a given. Its pretty safe to assume that any college kids or Guatemalan blooded kids will be getting called up to any NT. Its weird though because you'd think the coaches would be looking for talent where they can find it, but Im sure they rather use the talent we have at home.

 

Well i think the coach Almeida wants to get the talent that we have at Guate and give them an opportunity first, but make no mistake he has a list of players that play outside of Guate already he'll try them out next in a couple months from now.

 

He'll give them a look if our current squad sh*ts the bed with our up coming games.

Gerson Lima on tryouts in Uruguay. I know I've heard his name on the forum before. What's the low down on him?

 

I'll be damn, seriously, do you have the site of where they mentioned that. I know before that a couple teams from Argentina were interested in him, but Jalapa at that time wouldnt wanted him to go. Dude he's good, he was actually the first 16yr old to score on the major league, now he's 18 or 19 He's part of the U20 team. I hope he gets the chance to play in Uruguay. I know that Kendel Herrarte will soon be playing abroad, at one point my friend and ex U20 coach, he wanted him to play in Bolivia but unfortunally, the deal didnt go through it was a matter of money.

Hi everyone, Im new to the forum and I just wanna say that Im upset with Almeida. Porque hace tiempo que no toma a Gerson Lima en cuenta para la sub. 20 y es una lastima porque es un gran jugador. Al igual que Enrique Miranda y Henry Lopez son buenos delanteros y no se les ha dado la oportunidad en la sub. 20. Well Gerson played a few matches, pero despues ya no fue convocado. Anyways, I also wanna say that Jonathan Lopez (Marquense) va realizar una prueba en la segunda division de España, a finales de diciembre.

Pero si te das cuenta la nomina que ha dado Almeida no han sido las oficiales, osea que si digamos a Gerson le dan la oportunidad de jugar en Nacional de Uruguay no le penses dos veces que lo va a llamar. Tambien acordate que a los que esta llamando son para la copa CentroAmerica osea que hay bastante bastante tiempo para llamar a estos chavos. Este Catracho, dude you got jokes, lol. But yea i mean all jokes aside i think Honduras is the country that's opening the doors for all Central Americans, at first it was Costa Rica but then Honduras became the strongest Sele in all Central America and i think no one can doubt that.

 

Well, Im not satisfied with the nomina rumbo a la copa de naciones. Seriously, Lester is a good player, but it's not enough. Porque ni siquiera fue titular con Xelaju, entra muchas veces de cambio, y yo creo que en la seleccion tendrian que estar los mejores y no los suplentes. Al igual que Ciani no creo que se merecen ser parte de la seleccion. Hay mejores jugadores que no han tenido oportunidad, como Orvelio Mazariegos, Jonny Brown, Jose Manuel Contreras y Wilber Caal. Anyways it's not the subject, but I hope that Almeida convoque a lo mejor para que sea una digna seleccion de Guatemala, im just saying
