    Things I don't mind:

-ONE mic on the pitch for a player

-Use of the yellow pen during set plays (it helps for people new to the sport)

-SHORTENED side-by-side commercials (they're way too f'ing long)

-Radio Shack Magic Mintue (they need to bring back the $1,000,000 jackpot)

    -Stro-motion (pretty cool)

    Things I absolutely can't stand:

-Interviewing the damn coaches during the run of play

-Using boom mics on the sidelines to follow the ball (it's unneccessary)

-Zooming up on players while the ball is in play

-Brandi Chastain CONSTANTLY giving her opinion on the sidelines (she needs to shut the hell up unless there is a player sent off for injury. she can also talk before kickoff, halftime, and post-game...that's it)

-Rob Stone in the booth. He seriously needs to be doing pre-game analysis to set up the broadcasters in the booth (Dellacamera and Wynalda). He did this during MLS Cup last year and was much better doing that.

The adage about the two-goal lead is practically gospel in hockey; no one ever seems to call it into question. Personally, I would always rather have a two-goal lead than a one-goal lead. When I played hockey, I never found myself wishing my team's lead were smaller. Even if two-up is somehow harder to defend, you will only lose it one goal at a time, so along the way you can have that precious one-goal lead that people seem to prefer.

That's great, hopefully everyone in the offices at MLS get to read that one.
