The pots are set and the draw will be made Monday morning, 11:00am GMT (6:00am ET)

Barely any time to make a fuss so we'll just have to take what's coming to us, which will arrive from either Spain, Germany, or Russia with love...

Barca, Real, Athletico, Wolfsburg or Zenit. Who's it gonna be?

Personally, I want Real Madrid, but anyone other than Barca would be refreshing and less than predictable.

We will get our wish, we will draw Zenith, then manage to lose 3-1 at home, win 2-0 on the road and leave the CL in a blaze of glory!
Joke aside, I have a feeling we will get Atletico this year! ;)
Looking forward to a PSG-Chelsea again!

Oh well.... Who are we kidding? Of course, it would have to be Barca.

Let's just go out and give it our best shot. Nothing to lose anyway!

Arsenal v. Barca and Chelsea v. PSG

    How predictable is that?

    Full draw:
    • Gent v Wolfsburg
    • Roma v Real Madrid
    • Paris St Germain v Chelsea
    • Arsenal v Barcelona
    • Juventus v Bayern Munich
    • PSV Eindhoven v Atletico Madrid
    • Benfica v Zenit St Petersburg
    • Dynamo Kiev v Manchester City

Barcelona again, so boring. They need to get rid of the rule that teams from the same country can't play each other; at least we would get some different draws every once in a while.

No, it is enshrined in UEFA status, Arsenal has to play either Bayern or Barca every year in CL,
    if not both, every season!

After seeing the Europa League draw I gave to say, I'd rather be playing Barcelona than FC Midgitland. The entire allure of playing these European games is to play teams like Bayern and Barcelona. What is the point beating PSV and Zenit and then getting Barca and going out? You can't avoid the big teams forever so let's face them early, and if we can beat them - great, we will be progressing in a competition we can win. Skating by against small teams is just pointlessly padding your fixture list at a time you can't afford any extraneous games.

I don't mind facing and beating smaller teams. This means that we get more money from progression, even though we don't make the finals or win it.

But even that isn't motivation enough when we end up losing to AS Monaco and such.

Let's look at it that way:
    - We win, it is a huge upset and we can have serious hope to go all the way.
    - We lose (after giving it our best shot), we can then focus on the EPL, win it and come back stronger next season in CL.

Meh, this is a win-win for me. If we win, it's famous, we get to progress. If we lose, well, at least it's to Barca, and then we get to focus on the league.

That said I think we have a decent shot against Barca. They have been very vulnerable in the league.

Also, the last 6 UCL draws for us (I think this is correct, didn't check):

    - Barca
    - Barca
    - Bayern
    - Bayern
    - Monaco
    - Barca

And Chelsea-PSG for the THIRD year in a row? Come on. Maybe they should consider a rule that you can't draw the same team two years in a row or something along those lines.

Perhaps we could try to win the group for a change? Honestly, don't mind the matchup. We'd have to play them sooner or later and I'd just assume get it over with. If we win, it will be glorious...if not, meh, we can concentrate on league and FA cup.

I'm OK with this draw. The CL is made so you can play the best, now we get to play them. We get to measure ourselves against one of the greatest attacks of all time. Plus...it's going to be a great European night at the Emirates.

I expect we lose, but maybe we can channel Chelsea and go all the way after defeating Barca.

Wouldn't it be great to see a classic Super Jack performance?

Set up with pace and hit them on the counter.

Winning the group wouldn't have helped this year. Did you see the teams on the opposite side of the draw?

playing against the huge sides is great and we all love it.

The problem we as fans have is that we are playing the same sides every year. That is boring. Why cant we get Real or Atletico?

The first Barca tie was a QF draw, but then it was Barca, Milan, Bayern, Bayern, Monaco, and now Barca.

    Agreed.

Although here's hoping that we have enough people back from injury to at least make this interesting.

Any chance we can kidnap and bed in a world class defensive midfielder before this fixture?

I'm not disappointed that we are playing Barcelona because they are good, I'm disappointed that the rules make it so that the same teams get matched up all of the time. I would be just as blase about this tie if it we drew a team that we were favoured over year after year.

Exceedingly unlikely, especially since any such player is almost certain to be cup tied. :(

It's ok, we'll just have to make do with the Double.

    Pretty predictable draw.

Any chance of getting Nicholas Bendtner back on the roster? He scored a beauty against them last time we faced them in CL.
