So how likely is it we loose Crouch? New manager gonna win some hearts? Looks like a strong defense again. Tie 0-0 at Anfield tomorrow to start the season?

So this is the new club with the most Yankees....thought there'd be more chatter here. With all games being on NBC and my friend with cable saying he wants to get into EPL, I may follow this team this season.

Walters poor PK was brutal. Would've been nice to steal a point at Anfield. Nothing positive to take away from the first match. If Stoke can't muster an attack and possession against Palace at home it will be an extremely long season.

On the fence with Ireland, much more mobile than Adam but much more unstable.

Really wanted a striker, gutted! Hopefully Kenwyne can pull up some trees. Shame we didn't get rid of the deadwood.

Most importantly we kept our good players.

I'd like to see a new/better striker as well. *sigh* Home vs Citeh. More bunker ball I suspect until our new signings get some team chemistry.

I'm OK with our Reds getting a point vs Citeh. We def need a striker (and go back to playing high crosses to Crouch until we do). Playing at the Emirates would be great for another 0-0. Then pounce on Norwich.

Arsenal tomorrow, they've been waiting for years to give us a spanking. It's the one game I always feel uncomfortable about being a Stoke fan, the abuse of Ramsey over the years has always made me feel sick. And I wonder with the form he's in whether he'll make us pay.

Wow. Ugly season so far! Loss vs Norwich and Fulham. We'd better get 3 points from rivals WBA or I'd start sacking people. What do you think Stoke need to stay up?

What a fun goal by Begovic! What a pathetic keeper Boruc is for Southampton.

:D. love the hypocrisy of Chelsea fans. If the Stoke players are neanderthals what does that make the likes of JT and Ivanovich?

Thank god. We were falling like a stone, with not much help from the refs in the past few matches. Ended Man U's season and kept our head above water. Good day.
