As I said, I wasn't thrilled with the software - particularly the automatic reload feature. I would be reading a response and then it would reload and I'd have to scroll through to find the response I had been reading. If there is a way to stop the automatic reload, it would have worked much better.

Thanks for doing the chat, despite any software issues, I did enjoy it.

So, TEConnor does work for MLS... :D

Well, the question end of it anyway. Having to email a question as opposed to a more interactive on site method.

Yeah, we're working on that. I don't like it either but it was that or the way baseball does their's which is horrendous.

It's probably an offseason project. I agree, though.

I'll work on that and see if there's a way we can make that more effective. If we don't have the refresh, we get posts on here wondering why the user has to refresh all the time just to see new questions. I'll see if there's a way around it.

    Thanks for the feedback.

I'm a little bitter my question didn't make the cut:

Is there a players-only parking lot for DCU, and if so, would you leave an Escalade in it?

I'm guessing (hoping?) it was a translation error, and he meant to say that he likes playing IN LA because there are a lot of fans there. Not play FOR LA.

So far both Jaime and Gomito have said there is NO story regarding Freddy. So, who's buying it? ;)

TEConner, it sounds like you were playing the role of Gomito again. :D Those early questions sound exactly like some of his emails.

Well, that just makes it obvious that they are covering something up, sticking to the same story and all ...

I just can't believe they posted the question exactly the way I wrote it. :D

I did get a chuckle out of the league's meal ticket bit.

Since when did anyone in Fredneck have enough money to own a state? :D (just messing with you. I'm poor as dirt. Can barely afford a state quarter).

Worse, actually. I'm just a squatter in Damascus for the summer. I start my new teaching job in northern Harford County in August. I almost wound up in Frederick though. I covered high school sports for the Gazette for a few years. I applied to Frederick County, but I got a job offer from Harford before Frederick got back to me. Kind of a shame. I would have loved to live in Middletown or Frederick proper.

Back to the topic, at least now you know that Gomez doesn't read Bigsoccer (even if it was due to a wiseass question from a Metros fan.)

Does this mean you'll be at United matches?

As a neutral, or as a fan of "Anyone but United"?

Show up often enough, and you WILL be assimilated...

I've been down here in MD for about 5 years now, and no assimilation as of yet. I've been to a handful of games, but I'll likely make it to more next season (when I actually have a real salary). I'll be a non-affiliated supporter of MLS (except when the Metros are in town, of course :) ).

In which case, he'll just be disappointed.
