I have a query, is it true that Gareth suffered some kind of injury ( muscle overload in the calves I think they called it) from playing those forgettable 30 mins for us in the first game back, is it something that could affect him playing for us on Thursday?, anyone know?
Half of our starting lineup felt some muscle overload from the match and they didn’t practice on Monday. However, most of them returned to training on Tuesday including Bale. Carvajal did not return to training Tuesday, making his availability for Thursday questionable

https://www.marca.com/en/football/real-madrid/2020/06/19/5eecaf8022601d80178b45c0.html He's still here because he's after money not playing time. He will never score 5 goals in a game either. He gets booed because he plays shit and then complains when we bench his ass. Most of these people don't even watch our games so should STFU
Shouldn’t he be discussing players at Manure, Spurs or Fulham I imagine players at those institutions require some analysis of their situations
i dont. i dont like the player either, and i want him out, but that doesnt mean Bale is on the wrong end, if he just wants to sit out his contract thats on him.Haters should blame whoever gave him that super high salary instead
Yeh but his agent is a ******** too, he's been on the radio multiple times cause I heard it myself. Arrogant ********
I don’t think ZZ is the kind of guy to hate someone because they’re a bad footballer. Like I’ve said before Bale isn’t a bad person & I don’t hate him either. I’m just tired of him being on the team.
No, he's actually been a highly successful transfer in the grand scheme of things. If anything, we have disrespected him. If you think about it, what has he actually done wrong? Little to nothing. He's not the only one who plays golf, doesn't attend late dinner(s) and players like Aguero are never criticised for not speaking the language. He's not played well but at least 55% of that is down to the coach thinking he's still the player to beat 3 guys on the wing, cut in and score.
Let's just say this is a marriage where no love exists anymore. It happens, it sucks, both made mistakes, neither the team or the player are evil. I just wish it had been Bale who left after that final against Liverpool. I think CR would be useful here even at 35. Bale has been useless for years.
i never liked the player, wanted Neymar since the rumors started, that said no one can deny that it was a "successful " transfer, his goals on finals alone are worth the paid amount
yes totally agree, that was the only part I didn’t disagree with. Bale overall has been a successful transfer you can’t deny that. I actually used to be a big fan of his...
It was a successful transfer And he himself has not done anything to disrespect the club other than arguably lack of passion But his agent represents him and he has been plenty disrespectful and i doubt he acted without Bale's consent and/or requests
Giving a player with chronic injury worries a retirement contract has always proved to be a bad idea. It seems like we're not even going to give Sergio Ramos a retirement deal now so at the very least this was the most expensive of lessons to pay.
Horrible post attempt to deflect blame on others. The clubs only sin to Gareth Bale was giving him that damn extension he is using as a rope around our necks.
His agent’s constant yapping, and his lack of passion, effort and effectiveness on the pitch are what stands out to me. He should’ve left two years ago but here we are, wasting tons of wages and time with an inconsequential superstar.
I can understand not being able to contribute like when he first arrived. Taking part in the trolling to piss off fans/management/press. That's just stupid.
