Berisha has been provisionally capped by Germany.

we faced Bosnia U21 who had 2 German duals in XI, both strikers.
    99-Hadzic
    98-Demirovic

Demirovic looked way too eager to score on Germany and was their only dangerous player in attack.

things aren't looking good club wise for 2 duals.
    98-B.Ozcan (Turkey permanent cap tie)

Bates (non German) and Özcan probably without a future at HSV
Both the player and the HSV have imagined quite differently. Should Bates not come to dramatically more operations in the future, the chapter Hamburg should be over for him in the coming summer.

The same applies to Berkay Özcan. Wanted player of the predecessor of Dieter Hecking, he did not fit under the new coach in his concept. Too slow - that's the simple but no less clear judgment. On loan, the 21-year-old Turk has joined the Istanbul club Basaksehir.

Due to an ankle injury, however, he also missed a few games and was only used the previous weekend for the first time in the Süper Lig. In the 2-1 away win in Gaziantep the midfielder came on in the last minute and was allowed to help bring the trio together.

This nude data already shows that Özcan has not insisted on getting a chance at HSV over the summer of next year. Again, the tendency is clear separation.

    neither are for 96-Strauss
At Erzgebirge Aue, things are not going well for John-Patrick Strauss in the current season. Only 49 minutes, spread over two substitutions, the right-back can show so far. Much better for the 23-year-old, however, in the national team of the Philippines, in which he was able to establish himself as a regular player.

His first international goal against Guam six weeks ago was followed by a respectable 0-0 draw against favored China in World Cup qualifying on Tuesday. Strauss stood in the starting eleven of the island state and acted on the Doppelsechs at the side of the former Fürth Stephan Schröck. He helped to defend the goalless draw until his replacement around 15 minutes before the final whistle.

Much competition in the back right
For the upcoming game of violets against Nuremberg on Friday, his chances of a debut debut but should be low. In addition to the strains that are associated with internationals, the crush on its traditional position as right-back ensures that coach Dirk Schuster is facing a tough decision.

Since left-back Dennis Kempe could return to the starting eleven, the return of Calogero Rizzuto to the right wing would be an option again. There Fabian Kalig did his job well last, but the 26-year-old is actually at home in central defense.

    Next invitation in November?
Strauss is threatened by the competition with two opponents. However, since the national player was already on the left in Aue and did well against China in the defensive midfield, this flexibility could be helpful in the rest of the season.

In mid-November, the next option is to recommend itself on the international stage. The Philippines are then claimed by the Maldives and Syria. After his performances in the last few games national coach Goran Milojevic should have the violet also for this in the field of vision.

-Demirovic picked up 2 goals today in a 2-1 for St Gallen, takes tally to
4 goals and 1 assist in 5 games

now 3 Germans are in top 15 scorers of the Swiss 1st division, Ademi #2, Demirovic #6, Gaudino #14.

-98 Taz doing so well on loan that I could see him get chances at Union next season even more so if they end up back in 2BL and with that he could end up getting his 1st Turkey U21 call up next season.

-Kiprit scores again and currently at 11 goals is now leading scorer of the RL Nordost (although Ngankam is more productive and played less min).

-01 Memisevic is back to fitness and scored in his 1st U19 Nord/Nordost game of the season. Made a sub appereance in the junior cup win vs Gladbach.

Man how these kids jump ship very quickly these days.
03-Asllari played 1 game for Germany U16 in Sept 2018.

1 year later already jumping ship and will be part of the Albanian U17 Euro qualifier squad, so likely will be provisionally capped.

Turkey U17 Euro qualifiers comprised of only 1 German-Turk, wonder how many got blocked by their clubs not wanting to lose players during the season?

that player 03-Demirel from Bochum U17 scored 3 goals in 3 games for Turkey U17 as Turkey made the Elite Round with 6 pts.

looks like another Paderborn dual is going for his non German option.
97-Vasiliadis is going for Greece and seems to just be waiting on formalities.
    https://www.kicker.de/761608/artikel/paderborns_vasiliadis_vor_berufung_fuer_griechenland#twfeed

Vasiliadis played a major role last season in helping the club get 1BL promotion. Also on another note, like tons of German duals he has dual heritage in terms of parentage. Greek dad and German mom it seems.

and his change makes his the 3rd German-Greek part of the Greek NT.
    you got
1-Vlachodimos who played German U15-Germany U21, every level outside of senior before his switch. And Current #1 at Benfica.
2-Mitroglou, born in Greece but moved to Germany as an infant where he played until 2007, where he went to Greek League and started his career in Greece.
3-Vasiliadis, a career 3rd Liga player who joined Paderborn last season playing his 1st 2BL season and now his 1st 1BL season

and you also have a few German-Greek in their youth levels too.

It's weird to think that a club like Paderborn was very close to being mostly an XI of German-duals who don't play for Germany.

    from their squad
    -Vasiliadis is going to Greece.
    -Antwi-Adjei is going for Ghana
    -Drager is already with Tunisia
-Mamba has declared himself for Congo, would be shocking if he never gets called up too.
-Gjasula this year started to play for Albania
-Sabiri is provisionally capped by Germany due to 1 game but he Morroco wanted him before he played U21 and now wouldn't be surprised if he switches either
-Holtmann (German father but Philippine mom), that Philippine wanted him to play for them but he turned them down likely due to long distance travels and language. I think there is like 5ish German duals who play for the Philippine NT too.
-Bilogrevic a 99 youngster who already played in past with Croatia U17 but never provisionally capped by them

that's all German duals in the squad without counting Cauly who ain't good enough for the Brazil NT. But it does show what I keep saying that other countries will go after players either in 1BL or getting close to it. And we are seeing a decent amount of German youngsters that seem close to 1BL but don't play for Germany.

whether they are good enough for Germany doesn't change that this was close to 8 players playing for another country. Holtmann reminds me of how Tunisia wanted to poach Rani Khedira but he turned them down because he's humble, 1-he doesn't speak Arabic and 2-him getting a free ticket to WC isn't fair to the guys who did help them qualify.

02-Dietz was unused bench player in all 3 games for USA U17 WC as they got eliminated in GS. Better off not playing USA embarrassed themselves in 2 out of 3 games.

meanwhile bringing up 02-Shuranov, provisionally capped by Ukraine from the youth thread, he plays for FC Nurnberg.
    last season 2018-2019 season,
-in his last U17 season, 13 goals in 16 games in U17 Sud/Sudwest, could have been contender for league top scorer if he didn't leave the league midway through to help the U19 instead.
-playing up his age group in U19 Sud/Sudwest (for a team that got eventually got relegated), 4 goals in 13 games
-for Ukraine U17 4 goals and 1 assist in 3 games.

    this season, 2019-2020
-20 goals and 1 assist in 9 games in U19 Bayernliga (U19 2nd division), leading the entire league in scoring charts
-for Ukraine U18, 1 goal in 2 games.

FCN U19 seems in good place to go back to Sud/Sudwest, 1st division next season and as a 02 he's still eligible for U19 next season.

between 00-Besong and 02-Shuranov, it seems like the club is set in terms of CF youth prospects.

looks like 98 CF Ragnar Ache is on the Ghana NT radar, he seems to be a triple national of German-Dutch-Ghanaian, his parents are Ghanian, he's born in Germany and lived there until 10, also started to play in Germany but from 10-21 he's been in the Netherlands.
Currently plays as a starter for Sparta in Eredivisie.
    https://gqwaves.com/five-dutch-players-are-willing-to-play-for-ghana/

looks like the coach is going to scout Germany wonder who else will end up switching. It's funny how much immigration has opened up the door for poaching. You don't need to lift a finger and players are eligible just gotta poached them.

as expected by everyone, he will likely be provisionally capped by Ireland.

I'm curious to know how much Ireland knew about him. I knew that he was Irish for years but seems like it's only this season that people realized he was Irish. Why this year it's due to him getting 1st team chances that's it. That sports journo Ronan Murphy also seems to have helped spread the info too, lol. They only realized he was German-Irish due to his name Conor.

its hard to keep track of all the poaching done since there are soooo many duals from so many nationalities and each nationalities have U15-U21/23. I believe we have duals from like all over the world. Sometimes I realize months later a player was poached by another fed and even provisionally capped too.

seems like 00-Evina will be provisionally capped by Cameroon soon, 01-Cuni will be provisionally capped by Albania. 03-Musiala keeps being called by England and will be provisionally capped at this point soon.........

now the USA after calling up 02-Dietz (Freiburg) to their failed U17 WC but unused, so not provisionally capped. They have called up 02-Soares (Gladbach, he's a triple national, born in USA to Brazilian father, German mother and dev in Germany) and 02-Jones (RB Leipzig, still don't get why they obsess over a player who's irrelevant at his club) to some U17 friendly tourney, not the 1st time they get called up either. In the past they have called up 02-Goggel (Stuttgart) to their teams as well and have attempted to poach 02-Tillman earlier than Germany, basically they called him up to USA U15 before our U15 for 02s even started lol. They likely tried an early attempt at poaching him due to being the younger bro of Timothy who they've wanted too but of course he prefers Germany which he confirmed himself, saying it's a great honor wearing the German jersey.

I mean he's a 03 and 03=U17 NT so why is he being called to Croatia U18? Not shocking said it before that duals who play at Bayern/Dortmund will have other countries wanting those players just in case they manage to make it to the 1st team.

Ermedin Demirovic had a goal and assist in St. Gallen's 3-4 loss vs Young Boys. He now has 6 goals and 2 assists in 8 Swiss league matches

Kemal Ademi scored as goal during the weekend, and now has 8 goals in 10 Swiss league matches for Basel

Germany U17 provisionally capped the following players.
Semic, Suver, Arrey-Mbi, Kesik, Lütke-Frie, Roos Trujillo, Calhanoglu, Aliu, Bruckner, Krahn, Sieb

    Semic, German-Bosnian
    Suver, German-Croat
    Arrey-Mbi, German-Cameroon-Brit
    Kesik, German-Turk
    Lutke-Frie, German-Bosnian
    Trujillo, German-Colombian
    Calhanoglu #3, German-Turk
    Aliu, German-Kosovo
    Bruckner, German-Philippines
    Sieb, German-Mozambique.
Krahn not sure what's his 2nd duality, he's African descent

This age group is a perfect example of what I keep talking about the more you advance in age groups the more duals you get. Then the problem isn't as much getting them for youth NT it's getting them all permanently capped tied........which is impossible so you will lose talents in long run anyway you look at it. One has to remember there are no age groups in senior NT, it's everyone together. Which of course will make getting too many of same age groups even harder in long run. And then another relevant thing is that there are still plenty of full German talents too.

And this group we also didn't have Gedikli (German-Turk), Barata (German-Portuguese), Ibrahimi (believe Turkey, although who knows I've seen some Ibrahimis who were Kosovar too), Matanovic (German-Croat) who were left out due to fitness/whatever reason. And then a ton more who might not be fav of Wuck but next year in U18 NT it's a new coach for the age group.......that's even more duals. Not only a new coach but next year every 03 will be in U19 club wise. So players do much much better in U19 vs U17 while others struggle with the upping.

forgot 03-Gencoglu (German-Turk) on the list of players left out due to fitness. From Feb 2019-present he's been having fitness issues. Was slowing coming back and doing well only to be out again as he missed last 2 games for Dortmund U17.

and of course another issue is our players being poached ALREADY by other countries, like the 03-Asallari example from above. He's not the only one plenty of 03s are already being poached or playing for another countries which also includes Musiala and England.

I don't really have a problem with duals being scouted for other countries tbh, only very few youth internationals will ever be good enough for the German NT but to have such a wide pool of talent can only be beneficial. The most talented players will in the main wait to be cap tied to Germany.

my problem is that you still want to be competitive in youth levels when other countries poach players that reduces your pool.

even talented players will have a timetable to when they are willing to wait for Germany. Serdar was playing Germany U21 in June 2019 and already in October if it wasn't for injuries for Germany which made Low call him up he was headed for Turkey, like half a year after playing for Germany........Or when other countries offer them free tickets to WC, they might turn them down 1st time it happens but not 2nd or 3rd.

and there is only so many players you can call up to the senior NT. You will lose good talents due simply to lack of space.
