The latest Futbol Mundial has a great segment on the Home Depot Center with interviews of Lalas, Schmid, and Doug Hamilton.

Yeah they did. It was funny too. He talked about how everyone (opposing fans, players, Bruce Areana) used to make fun of him because he'd never won an MLS Cup with LA, and how that it's nice to get that monkey off his back.

And then he buried his face into his pillow and cried like a little girl.

Well, it was actually a club profile of the LA Galaxy.

But it was good that it's the first time I've seen them do a segment on US Soccer of any sort and not talk about any one of the "American Soccer Cliches" that you can't seem to avoid. They treated the piece just the same as if it was any club elsewhere, and stuck to the facts. It was good stuff.

How long will this be playing? Will they repeat it sometime this week?

    Just curious.
