They won while Brom'ich and Coventry lost, so Fulham is in the #2 spot (direct promotion) for now, with 26/+15.

How many Yanks do we get promoted a season?
(and are they all Fulham guys every other year?)

Pretty much. It's Fulham, and last time Fürth.

Sometimes I wonder what must feel like being Tim Ream.

Making all that monumental effort to secure elevating your team to a position where you'll be of no use.

There is something heroic in it.

He wouldn’t be their captain if he didn’t put the team before himself.

Ream also played with Rafa Marquez as his defensive partner. That’s pretty heroic.

Fulham won 0-1. Mitrovic with yet another goal. Just a monster championship level player. 20 goals in 17 matches. 6 wins in a row for Fulham, now 6 points above WBA, and only 2 points behind the Cherries.

Is it likely he'll leave once his contract expires in June? He's nearing a decade in England.

Scores against PNE! Grainy highlight on Twitter shows Seri whipping in a free kick from the right and Ream heading in from close range.

After 20 matches they are *9* points clear of 3rd place. Long way to go, but looking very good for promotion.

You know how the Championship playoff final is called the most lucrative game in football? A manager, striker, or defender capable of consistently leading a club to promotion are as valuable as any players in football outside of player capable of doing the same in the Champions League.

“delivered into the corridor of uncertainty”

I don’t know if I like it or hate it, but it would be a nice change of pace for Twellman’s incessant use of “nightmare.”

I cant see Ream leaving Fulham in June. He is fairly cheap for them and is a mainstay at this point.

According to English reports he "only" makes 7k per week and is signed for 370k annually.
