What are you talking about? Sigi has been giving out the most points of any MLS coach in history this season.
Nah! By the time he's ready to join MLS, Adu will become the cornerstone player for an expansion franchise--build an instant fan base with a drawing card. (That's a lot of pressure for a kid, though...and I'd sure hate to be that GM, counting on a teenager to keep my job secure.)
I've met the kid...no way he is 14 but eh, what does it matter really...he can play! I don't see him signing with any MLS team, more likely he'll go overseas, and get big $$$.
Considering he can't, expect to see him in a DCU uniform in about 2 seasons. If he knows whats good for him, he should play in MLS and mature a little bit as a player. Take Landon as an example. He shouldnt go there to sit on the bench. No way will he get playing time at a club like ManU with Van Nistelrooy and co in front of him.
Was it in Grant Wahl's article on SI.com that the USSF said their physicians had done a bone scan or some magnetic resonance test on Adu and were of the opinion that he is 14? tony
Oh, please. Tell me you guys don't beleive this. First of all, the "quakes can't dign anyone, only the main office (MLS) can. Adu will be signed by a Euro team then loaned back to MLS.
