Both Cancelo and Semedo have question marks on their ability to defend although both are still quite young.
This stadium is the ground which hosted the greatest day in the history of Portuguese football. Hopefully that brings a psychological confidence of sorts. We should always be happy to see the Stade de France.
Rambo Dias learning the hard way this isn't the Liga where you can elbow people as a Benfica player unpunished.
does the reward outweigh the risk though? 3 turnovers now. Playing with fire considering they have mbappe to counter
He’s gonna create and he’s gonna turn over the ball. It’s a part of his game. It is worth it, because he creates near the opponents goal, but his turnovers very rarely happen in a situation where it leads to direct danger to us. He turns over the ball in the final 3rd making high risk/high reward passes.
Not a lot has happened in terms of chances, but also France I think is playing a different formation. Much more narrow and full backs not going forward too much, I think they're also wary of our attacking threat
