you could be right - please ck that again

on maturana: he does not do fields interviews, he rather waits and sticks to press conferences

He was calm and answered all Q's with the same old Umbrella, I took this: he did not like the game his team played, he saw Mao dropping back due to heat and looked tired, He admited that David Montoya did not Hold the ball as hoped....when he subbed him for Jairo Patino....... He was clear and clam! but, did not want to excuse the game-play by the horrid heat

The FC was trying to make money, so they put the match w/ the PayPerView package. That is why the match wasn't shown live. Phuckers. Well, until the US shows that the sport can be a viable addition to people's pockets, this is what we have to go through. In Europe this is already the norm.

the organizers of the summer tourney need to revise marketing practices and prices for tickets

other than the mexican game all the venues look very empty - today was the worse

who has the official attendance figures for this game in Miami?

I didn't see the match but I read the commentary from both El Tiempo (Bogotá) and El Pais (Cali) and they agreed that it was another sorry display of lousy football by Colombia.
This is the report card from El Tiempo:
Mondragón: atajó tres pelotas de gol. Salvó la victoria. 7
Vallejo: Pasó trabajos durante todo el partido. Poco aporte ofensivo. 4
Mera: Mal juego. Inseguro. Le recargó el trabajo a Perea. 4

They also pointed out that Mao Molina shows more promise as the elusive new "10" even as Maturana wants to stick with his golden child Hernandez.
Let's hope that against Guatemala don't play Guatepeor!!

results are out, funny all the scores today and yesterday were 2-0

jamaica is in? well, do see colombia going for a tie and 1st place on the grp? or Pacho will paly his old style and do a 1-0 win.... too risky!

is guatemala that bad, as 2-0 by jamaica, or the ref really had a hand on the final score in miami!

too many questions, and only a win will do.

The ref had a hand on the final score in miami alright. If he did'nt send off Lowe they probably would have gotten more. Lowe always makes the Central American players get into his head, which is very frustrating for Jamaican fans. He got sent off in almost the same way a couple years ago against Honduras in a WCQ. When will this guy learn? Such wasted talent. It is very sad when the opposing teams game plan is to frustrate one particular player so that he gets a red card.

why was Onandi on the bench vs Colombia?
