The Charge are processing season tickets for next year in Philadelphia. And in the next 2 weeks, there are several personal appearances by Charge players throughout the Phialdelphia area. This doesn't sound like behavior indicating a move to Los Angeles. Playing San Diesgo in a couple weeks in Los Angeles might be misconstrued, but how do we explain the other behavior Oliver?

So where do you wanna see FC3...I have no clue, there are no good herndon size venues left in the WUSA, so i guess RFK or spartan or do what they did in year 1 and have it in a large staidum near a WUSA site (in which case id vote for philly and the brand new GRASS Lincon financial staidum.)
FC3 or 4 should definitely be on the west coast, probably Spartan. (Torero is too small, but then maybe there are other sites I don't know about.) I'd love to see one of them at RFK, which I think would be a prime candidate and is ten minutes away for me.
