    SUNDAY - GAME DAY!!!

The supporter summit is from 10:00 - 1:15 PM (this is a great event - I REALLY encourage you all to go).

The pre-game party at Maro's starts at 4:00 PM. We are being hosted by the Toronto FC supporter Group U-Sector.
Good news: $12 pitchers $3 shots of Jack (pace yourselves!) and I've been told cheap eats.

    Maro's
    135 Liberty Street

From there we will walk to the game to watch the Rapids become Champions!!!
    Kick off is 8:30 PM
DRESS WARM - there could be a bit of rain.

Latest forecast (Weather Network) is unseasonably warm with temperature of 7°C (45ºF) at 8 pm rising to 10°C (50ºF) at midnight. Rain isn't supposed to start until 1 AM!

Though given the inaccuracy of the weather forecasters here, that might not mean much ...

Hopefully we'll see some Colorado supporters at Maro (SE corner of Liberty and Fraser), which is only a short walk to the Stadium.

It just got very cold ... windy. Weather.com says 39 ... feels like 30.

Kick off warms up to 42 - but 20% chance of light rain. Brrrrr ....

Weather Network for the Islands (near the stadium) has 46ºF for kick-off at 9 pm, rising to 48ºF at the end of the game.

Environment Canada calls for winds to drop this evening.

It could be quite pleasant. Though it was bloody cold today for the Santa Claus parade ... and I'm bringing enough clothes for freezing.

Off to catch my streetcar to Maro.
