LPB packed the back, and played it long, while Citeh controlled possession.

It was a great match, apart from the crying b!tches that are bellingham and vini.

How did Bellingham not get carded for shoving Dias in the back of the head?
How do LPB players constantly get away with b!tching at the refs after every call?

Considering no KdB, pretty bad result for LPB. Although Grealish was obviously quite good in replacing him from what I saw (mostly watched the Arsenal).

estevão scores on a header. Kid is 16 and had a pretty good game. Can get past through players and seems to have good decision making. He is a Barca fan and his agent is Andre Cury who is friendly with Barca.

    Helmond Cup update:

-> Late drama again for Leverkusen, this time in the Europa League, with 2 late goals to get one foot into the semis. That stats were amazingly one-sided. For e.g. shots were 33-1, including 13-1 on target. Most of them not big chances as West Ham defended deep with 8 outfield players the entire match, but still...

    Result:
    3 Apr (German Cup)
    Bayer Leverkusen 4
    Dusseldorf 0

    6 Apr (Bundesliga)
    Union Berlin 0
    Bayer Leverkusen 1

    11 Apr (Europa League)
    Bayer Leverkusen 2
    West Ham 0

    Next fixture:
    Sun., 14 Apr (Bundesliga)
    Bayer Leverkusen v Werder Bremen

    Forthcoming:
West Ham v Bayer Leverkusen (Europa League)
[Werder Bremen v VfB Stuttgart (Bundesliga)]

Liverpool just completed the reverse treble. Last 3 games: out of FA cup, basically out of EL and EPL.

Some incredible wasted opportunities in the 2nd half too.

I mean it is 2 points and while City are favourite it is not over

Arsenal's next 3 could kill their chances though

Anyway happy for Leverkusen but finishing the season unbeaten after you won the leagues it is very very hard.

Don't think we will see the usual 8 to 11 goals today. Nothing going on in either match so far.

Reverse jinx worked, but not in an ideal way.

City player just watching Rodrygo waltz in there open and take 2 shots.

And in typical Madrid CL luck fashion, Rodrygo shanks the first shot and the rebound falls straight back on his foot.

Great header by Haaland. Off the cross-bar, of course. More LPB luck. Good to see Haaland actually involved in this game though.

KdB should have lifted that pass / cross a little bit.

Bayern and LPB getting the better of things now. CL is over for me if they both win.

Greedy by Haaland. That header has to come back across the goal. Never gonna score from there.

Jack Grealish still sucks at football.

If he weren't English, he wouldn't be as overrated as he is. I'm still waiting to actually witness him do, like, ANYTHING in a game of his I've seen.

Another weird re-start in the Bayern-Arsenal tie. This time the Arsenal team were all in a huddle by the sideline when Bayern took a throw-in, but ref blew it back to start again.
