The Fire put their incredible ONE GAME winning streak on the line versus the NYCFC.
Essentially, NYCFC has no players of note any more. Gone are Lampard, Pirlo, David Villa and, of course, former Chicago Fire "legend" Jack Harrison.

NYCFC have only 2 players over 30, Maxi Morales (33) and Sean Johnson  (31).

Both teams basically suck at the moment.
The Fire have 7 points from 7 games 2 wins 4 losses, 1 tie
NYCFC have 6 points from 7 games 2 wins 5 losses

The Fire have given up the second most goals in the East (only Cincinnati has given up more...
thanks Cincinnati for playing us earlier last game).

Well, that's about all I've got.

Not loving that the team is traveling today, but given the circumstances...

Would love to see a little consistency of the non-sucking variety.

It's too nice out to be watching a game tonight. I think I'm going to go to a patio at a local brewery.

Poor Harrison. Stuck on loan at the backwater of Leeds, when he could have been here...

Fire have had a knack for signing defenders who love to fall asleep mid game over the years

Very slack marking on the goal, and no ideas or understanding once they get within shooting range. Like a pickup match where the players just met each other.

    More beer.

Probably BD's Mongolian Grill- in the Promenade. Never ate there, but it gets pretty good reviews

At least the defense hasn't been amazing. And that could have been the start of a route.
