    It's Pride night.

The Fire are back in "action" after the embarrassment of the weekend.

The Fire are still dead last, and Philadelphia are top of the East.
Philadelphia has a sterling 12 points (3-3-1 WDL) from 7 away games. The Fire have 14 points total!

By the way, if anyone needs a free pair of Club tickets, PM me.
We had planned to go to Chicago for the game and then the long weekend, but plans changed.

I have no idea what will happen, but I will watch, as I always do.

Get better, @Fanaddict. We miss you and your news roundups.

  2. Philly Jim would upgrade our defense.

I really have no idea either. We might lose this game 5-0, we might win 3-1, we might draw- no clue. Like a complete dope, I'll be there, of course, but I really am clueless as to what might happen this game.

On paper this looks like another loss for the Fire which is why I voted for "WIN" because that would be something stupid and par for the MLS unpredictability course.

Update: My tickets (in the original post) have been claimed.

    Enjoy the game, everyone.

Too bad I can't take the trip down today.
I will be out on the boat this afternoon, though.
    So, that's not too bad.

It is hard to believe that only 78.6% of the voters selected "Something Stupid WILL Happen."
So, 21.4% of you think Something Stupid WON'T Happen*?

Yee of little faith in the power of something stupid.

(*maybe I should add that as an option in a future poll)

Well I'm locked and loaded with 3/4 a bottle of Czech Fernet, a 6 pack of Guinness, a simmering roaster pan full of Halupki and tomato gravy and some mashed potatoes for the whole thing. These Kentuckians don't know what to do with me.

I probably should change my votes some. Sticking with the same formation will likely lead to zero Przybylko goals.

Ezra, please, just one time have Przyblko up top with another striker. I don't care if it is Duran or Offor at this point. If not, please tell Przyblko to stay as the player closest to goal.

And I know that emoji looks like I disagree but it’s the opposite. I’m looking up at those words agreeing, but scoffing at the thought Ezra might actually do it.

It is shocking how ineffective Przybyłko has been.

At least, Beric buried the occasional shot. Oh, and he would be pissed when he missed a "sitter."

Can we just have Nikolic back, please?

It’s not even an exaggeration by any means. Nikolic, Beric, and sapong would have more goals than przybylko. He’s a bust, plain and simple.

Roman Kosecki, aged 56, would probably have more goals than Przybyłko this season.
Okay, maybe that is an exaggeration.

The dumping of Sapong was incredibly stupid. I know a couple of people around here who are "in the know" will say that Sapong wanted to leave, but still, it was a dumb move.

Shaqiri has been pretty darn good, but Mueller has been playing like he gives a damned.
