Fire Getting More Mainstream Publicity

    From today's Feder column in the Sun-Times:

    *Oops of the month: WMAQ-Channel 5 did a fine job covering a South Side building fire on its Sunday night newscast. Too bad the station's "Dramatic Rescue" graphic showed the logo of the Chicago Fire soccer team instead of the Chicago Fire Department.

    Thats great!!!!!!!!!! LOL kind of a symbolic gesture toward the season!!!

    Did the footage of the event show Ante Razov aiming a hose 40 feet over the burning building?

    I did see the Chicago Fire logo during that piece and have been wondering about it ever since. I thought I was seeing things ...Thanks for clearing it up for me!!!!
