    Too many places in Oregon, NM, MD, and especially Wisconsin. Just because I like Milwaukee doesn't mean I like the rest of the damn state (Madison, excluded).

    Too many questions about weather and recreation options. Neither of which are huge indicators for me, particularly weather.

    This is pretty dead on - I am planning on relocating to the Bay Area, and 3 of the top 10 places they recommended are right there (although I'd rather live in Oakland or even Berkeley than San Jose).

    Although, having lived in Maryland, I have no idea why the hell Baltimore and DC are in my top 10. I don't particularly like either. And I hate New England with a passion, so Providence - and to some degree New Haven - is a question mark as well.
