This is from a music list that I'm on. Just wanted to see if it were true, and if so, when this happened. He's not my brother and I don't know the guy who posted this message:

My brother is a Chicago Fire Ultra (Soccer holligan) and he told me a
story about some Ultras that went out to a NE Revolution game. They
got in a fight and one of them ended up punching out the Rev Army
(NE's suporters) Bagpiper. As some of you might know, the Rev Army
bagpiper is Spicy from DKM. I was woundering if this rumor is true
or not. Any info would be great.

All I did was copy the message - I didn't even bother fixing his horrible spelling. I just figured this would be the best place to go to get more information about what happened.

And if Spicy does make it out to your games, let him know that he's missed out on tour with the Murphys.

I know at the Canada-Cuba GC match last summer, some douchebags attacked the Canadian fans, and had to be chased off by some other USA fans.

But I've never heard of violence at Foxboro for MLS. I've heard of stuff happening at CCS with some LA fans coming into the north end and RFK' s had several fights between DC and Metro fans, but nothing in Boston.

Ha ha. Sounds like an Urban Myth. :) Maybe someone from the Rev Army will weigh in, but the last time we saw/heard Spicy at a match was in the old stadium.

Sounds like more Urban Myth than anything: never heard anything like this.

I heard spicy got his nickname from getting a hotdog stuck someplace after finding a rat in his soda

    Didn't happen.

It would be nice to have him back with the Murphy's or in the stadium, or both.

    We don't fight with anybody.

But we're happy to drink with everybody. :)
