    Hugo Ibarra?
The guy that was good enough to play for Monaco in their CL run to the final?
I wonder what other Portuguese team could afford loaning out such a "crappy" player

We're talking about FCP's Hall of Shame...

Correct? Capucho won a UEFA Cup with Porto but is worthy of Rangers' Hall of Shame.

Hugo Ibarra did nothing for Porto.

He played in CL for sure. In the first leg against Deportivo, he was fouled inside the box by two players and the reff gave him a card for diving!

I gotta agree with Avi on this one. He came to Portugal with much fanfare, but he sucked ass while with Porto. He may be on Monaco's Hall of Fame, but for FCP, it's the Hall of Shame...

Come on. Ibarra didn't suck ass.

He had a couple of (normal) mistakes that happened to cost him his starting spot... under an idiot coach like Octávio Machado! But, at least to me, it was always evident that Ibarra was a quality player, with enormous potential.
That's why I wouldn't put him here among players that always were and continued to be crap! I don't think he's a player that any Porto fan feels embarrassed to talk about.
    Now players like Mogrovejo...

I recall him having a great game against Celtic in that year we had Juve in our group for the Champions League as well...Mourinho tossed him aside because he disliked short laterais...which is why when he came Paulo Ferreira was the consensus for right back

No way man! Esquerdinha doesn't belong here.
In fact I remember at the time we used to say Porto also needed a Direitinha :D to replace Secretario!

I agree, he only had problems with the "saídas nocturnas.."
About Pena i don´t think he belongs on the list he was an hardworking player always gave 100 % for us did a great first season only the second was poor but he still scored more than Postiga did last year or McCarthy this season.

Mario Silva aka the walking wounded
Bruno, does he count as he only lasted the preseason
    Tiago
but all 3 together doesn't equal the massive flop that Postiga is/was

Postiga sucks now but remember the season where we won the UEFA cup? He was unstopable. I gues the spurs really fucked him up ;)

I still remember that fantastic goal he scored against SS Lazio, in the old Estádio das Antas. Perhaps one of the best matches I ever seen from FC Porto. Pure magic!
