up........ Found this thread in the darkest corner of the BS Holland forum. As of today I will air my views on all FCG matches in this thread......
FC Groningen-FC Twente 0-1 '14 0-1 N'Kufo (Bouchiba) Only one word comes to mind when I have to describe this game: 'FVCK!' This has to be the most appalling display of amateurism I have witnessed (and never hope to have to witness again...) this season, OMFG. I could blame the ref for not sending off that thug Shoukov. But since Twente were reduced to 10 men eventually in the 61st minute, and Groningen was still not able to produce one quality chance, it would be looking for excuses.... Groningen looked like a friggin' beer team that has only one practice a week: on monday nights. They lacked everything essential for at least a decent football game; passing, first touch, ball control, awareness, coaching , etc, etc.... BAH!
I'm not allowed to gloat am I. But I will anyway. TOLD YOU SO! Now if people would only listen to me in that prediction thread.
I'm in. It's not as if i remember him ever posting anything other than billions of links i never clicked on, but it still sounds like fun.
*shakes head in disgust* Stop using our movement for your shelfish self-interests! Once we had a common goal! I guess this is the fate of any movement as heterogenous as ours. When they start everyone stands united, but in the end those movements will fall because of internal conflicts between the various splitter groups.
Mind you, this is an FC Groningen topic. As such, all funds you raise with this sit-in will have to come to the benefit of the glorious football club that is FC Groningen.....
Oh sweet lord, here it comes...... Damn! That's some funny sh!t. Bob Saget could've made this one up...... And it never gets old!
ok, fair enough.......I admit the horse joke is pretty stale as well Meanwhile, this thread exceeds my expectations. I didn't expect it to reach the 2nd page already....
BPBluesox....meet FC Manic-depression. One week it's total crap. 6 days later and all goes well. 3 things: 1. FCG look comfortable playing the counter attack. Especially away, since home teams usually try to play attacking football. Jans has finally rid this club from their so-called 'away-complex'..... 2. Nevland needs a 2nd strriker near him, as does Salmon. I hope coach Jans will play them both from now on, like he did tonite, and stop using the 4-5-1 system. This also seems to benefit our midfielders who need more space to play the quick passing game 3. NAC Breda was very weak and without self-confidence. Don't think Grunn will play like that from now on....It'll probably be sh!t vs. PSV again.....
Yeah, nothing like losing to Twente at home an then going on the road and smoking a team. Heaven knows that I'll be pulling for you guys next week when you're playing PSV. Maybe this little confidence booster today can keep going into next week.. Is Jack Tuyp playing for you guys? I've always liked him for some reason. Totally agree on the 2 strikers thing, I (most of the time) think that playing a 4-5-1 is pure stupidity unless two of those midfielders are really pushing up the field most of the time.
Tuyp plays with the reserves mostly. They bought him for the striker position, while he's actually an offensive mid. But I hear the technical staff is preparing him for next year. Hugo will probably be leaving and Seedorf's better on the right.
Nice. What ever happened with Drent going to the Chinese club or something? Is this not happening now?
