a quick question: http://www.eufootball.biz/Clubs/6871-barcelona_philadelphia_mls_franchise.html in this article (and others ive read but i cant recall any other specific ones) it says that our team still owes $35 million of the expansion fee, but wasnt the total fee supposed to be on $30 mil? does the extra $5 mil come from interest on a loan taken out to pay the expansion fee? if not why do we owe $35 mil?
