Chilean Sea Bass is the most incredible entre in the world. It is sublime in it's taste. Even a rank amateur cook like me has made the dish to rave reviews from friends and family. Some other notable fish, Tuna, Ono, Mahi Mahi or Dolphin (not the mamal, the fish), Grouper, Red Snapper, Mako Shark, Red Fish and Rainbow trout.
