Favorites: 1-Brad Guzan (admire him for what he's going through) 2-Ezra Hendrickson (heart and soul of team) 3-Francisco Mendoza (promising young player) 4-Douglas Sequeira (the bastard has a mean streak and opponents hate him) Least Favorite: 1-Ramon Ramirez (didn't like him when he went AWOL) 2-Arturo Torres (invisible) 3-Thiago Martins (seems like a good guy, but sucks badly)

Paulnoku thinks everyone is a player. I am a player and my favorites are: Hans Gomez and Francisco Rongen. My least favs are; Martin Zuniga and Armando Begines.
Least favorite implies you care a little. I would say the biggest busts on the team are "douglas". "ramon" & Zuniga... MLS is a very tuff league. Guess you found that out. You need to see each team on their pitch at least once to prepare for these games. The assumption is CHivas in Mexico is better than an MLS team. Perhaps. Perhaps not. When you play an MLS team, they are carefully noting everything. MLS teams have been together awhile. That is a huge advantage. I guess what I want to say is nobody has played good enough to overcome the MLS advantages.
I love MLS, but let's get one thing straight. Chivas of Mexico is better than any MLS team. Perhaps you didn't see their run to the semis of Copa Libertadores? Perhaps you didn't see them absolutely destroy Boca Juniors? Perhaps you haven't noticed that the core of the Mexican National Team that made it to the semis of the Confederations Cup is from Chivas? Some realism please. Two aspects of this poll really surprise me. The love for Ezra, and the non-love for Ramon Ramirez. Interesting. I would not have expected that. My favorite ChivasUSA player is Brad Guzan.
I think everyone remembers the sh!t that Ramon Ramirez pulled in the preseason with the whole Nanny-gate thing. I think he showed his true self then by ditching the team and even though everything was resolved I think some of us haven't forgotten that. As for Ezra, that guy's class. He's one of the few players we have that would make a positive impact on any MLS team. It's hard not to like a guy like that.
