We US fans want to compare the team that played Mexico to the team that played the US. We have the lineup for the team that played the US, but can you guys post the lineup for the team that played mexico? I looked and I couldn't find it anywhere on the web. Also if the lineup v. Mexico was better, which players made it better and how much better was the lineup v. Mexico.....

    Thanks in advance.

Here you go. It seems since some of the players were from the MFL that it might have gone in Colombia's favour.

    Goalkeepers:
    Luis Enrique Martínez (Santa Fe)
    Breiner Castillo (Aucas de Ecuador).

    Defenders:

    Freddy Hurtado (Cali)
    Hayder Palacio (Junior)
    Humberto Mendoza (Nacional)
    Pablo César Pachón (Santa Fe)
    Andrés Orozco (Dorados de México)
    Gerardo Bedoya (Puebla de México)
    Yulián Anchico (Tolima).

    Midfielders:

    Andrés Casañas (Envigado)
    Héctor Hurtado (Nacional)
    Juan Carlos Ramírez (Santa Fe)
    Aldo Leao Ramírez (Santa Fe)
John Javier Restrepo (Cruz Azul de México)
    Víctor Pacheco (Atlante de México)
    Frankie Oviedo (Puebla de México).

    Forwards:

    Edixon Perea (Nacional)
Luis Gabriel Rey (Morelia de México)
    Eudalio Arriaga (Puebla de México)

Have to let you know though, that the guys from Puebla(Oviedo, Bedoya, and Arriaga) didn't show up for the game. Their club wouldn't let them go for the game.

Do you know who went in their place? The team looks almost identical to the one they brought last night except for the defenders.

you know who made the diference, and this without having watched last nights game, Yulian, that guy is good, he was constantly making runs up the left side, and responded really well in the back. Another was Orozco, don't know what the hell he was thinking last night.

I edited my thread, because I didn't remember seeing him, and went oops. I think he should get a chance with the first team.

only few repeated names for both games:

Breiner castillo (keeper vs mexico, in the bench vs USA)
Orosco- plays in MX (central defender for both games)
Pacheco- Plays in MX (#10 for both games)
Restrepo- Plays in MX (next to #10 in both games, coming from rehab after knew surgery)
Rey -plays in MX (started in both games, got sub after 50minutes +or -)
JC ramirez (santafe) Was in midfield for 2 games
edixon Perea (atl nacional) started vs USA, was sub for 17 minutes vs MX and scored
Mendoza (atl nacional) started both games, New player with nats

8players fro sure.....the benchers were all different and all got time (but keeper), vs. USA coach Rueda made 6 changes. Is only 2 players that I am not sure if played both games: Mosquera or midfielder Viafara

fi the USA is worry about mexxxxxxx

I say NO worries, there or Here, usians have a grp that is more focused and way more avid or with fast decision makers than the friends south of rio Grande.
