If anyone was checking the All Rocks scores this week they saw Virgil Reality with the Gündoğan triple captain. Wow. It was a phenomenal week with another brace and an assist and then a groin injury.

Virgil Reality gets 57 points out of a single player in a single match. Could it have been triple digits if both games were played?

Virgil Reality will have to console themselves with the B-E Cup handed to him by the other guy on the stand, blech. Captains Gundy and has only one player, Martial with a 2 and all other 5 and above.

The last All Rocks Gündoğan almost made the stand. With Bronze is Hakuna Arteta who always keeps the faith in Aubameyang. That is what you have to do with Mr. A. Smashing up Leeds United on the right day.

That is first gold for Virgil Reality. Surprising for the second place team in All Rocks and leading Sand. Also, with Hakuna Arteta on the stand, all 24 teams of All Rocks on in the standings.

    GW 23
    Gold: Virgil Reality 107
    Silver: blechs_dawgs 101
    Bronze: Hakuna Arteta 88

    Honorable Mention: Sasha Juniors 86

And, if I'm counting correctly, there are now 24 on the board, and everyone has at least one medal.

Could have triple captained Bamford but went for the Bench Boost instead. Those 11 points over 8 points edges Top Shelf past FC St. Pauli for Gold all to himself. Happy to have DeBruyne back as well, Top Shelf got to watch three players from newly promoted teams hit 8, 11 and 8 with Cooper, Lookman and Bamford.

FC St. Pauli captained Bamford and Vice-Captained Dallas. One button and it would have been Gold! FC St. Pauli has the Leeds triple up with those two and Meslier and is beginning to stretch his lead in VSR.

Journeymen with Bronze also captains a Leeds player. This time it is Raphina for 24 points. Meslier in goal for 10 and the return of Richarlson edges him past Kicking & Screaming to the medal stand.

blechs_dawgs chose the Bench Boost over the Triple Captain on his way to Gold. Who would have thought that Salah would be outscored by Digne, Richarlson, Lloris and Mahrez? 14 and above for those four for blech. The bench was mostly duds except for Rudiger for 12. That is 115 points. Not sure if that is an All Rocks record but it sure is close.

FC St. Pauli remains on the medal stand from last week with Silver again. Another Bench Boost. Keane for 17 and Ramsdale for 13. Who would have thought? FC St. Pauli of course. Triple digits with 100!

Hitting the Triple Captain on Fernandes with double away versus Son playing the bottom half of the table is Sasha Juniors. Scraped Bronze right past Lobo's nose. More double clean sheets for the Keepers and Mr. Mahrez again does the trick. Just a point shy of 100...

It is now a three team pile up on top. I am not sure if number of golds or number of medals determines the leader. FC St. Pauli has one more medal and blech has one more gold. Both sit at 16 points in medal totals!

FC Epikoinis currently has this season's high, with 119 in GW19.

But, neither of these are anywhere near close to the top. I don't know if there is any recording of the highest GW score going back through time, but I spotted Keysersoze in the 140s back in 2013-14. But that jumped out randomly when I did a quick search looking at past years on the tiebreaker issue. I think it would take a lengthy scouring of all of the "Olympics" threads if we find a summer intern looking for something to do.... Or perhaps a task for next year's new applicants... :speechless: (I'm just joking.....)

***Anyone want to boast that they had a higher tally than 144? Don't be bashful!

PS - While it's not necessary and it will be fun to hear what everyone remembers of their best GWs, it would be preferable for "official" record-keeping if you post a link to the Olympics page or another page that shows it. I'm sure some of you "recall" some wonderful weeks that might differ slightly from the actual tally.... Not being critical. I'm confident that this past GW's 115 will be a 151 when I talk about it in a year....

Here is the proof for Keysersoze's 144:
    https://www.bigsoccer.com/threads/fantasy-olympics-2013-2014.1992786/page-2#post-29848457

On the subject of ties, post 1 stated:
"The winner is the one at the end of the season with the most POINTS in total. In case of a tie Gold medals are counted, then Silver medals and then Bronze."

In post 2, fraser changed the scoring from 5-3-1 to 3-2-1 and did away with the wooden spoon, but no mention of changing the tiebreaker, so I'd think it continues as stated originally, with the added note that fraser used golds as the tiebreaker many years ago.

As I'm expecting Tarv to re-leapfrog us and reclaim the lead shortly, I'm going to celebrate leading at the 2/3's mark!:eek::p

Some big scores came in with a Man City - Southampton double gameweek. Wonder if anyone triple captained James Ward-Prowse?

Soccer Steve played the Triple Captain. To De Bruyne. Must have been a tad nervous before the Southampton match. 42 points against Southampton to add to the 6 points against Man U and that is a pretty bundle. De Bruyne does more than half the work to get Soccer Steve his 5th gold. Kevin might be called "The Goose" around the Soccer Steve training ground.

Getting Silver, is Sasha Juniors with another Lucky Mahrez outing. Almost like the 21 points from Gameweek 10. Good work from Captain Gündoğan, Fernandes and Craig Dawson add another 40+ points.

Morning Glory captains Kane for 19 points getting doubled to lead the way to Bronze. Helping, Kane there is Foden who hits the double digits and there are four clean sheets for the backline of 5. That makes up for the single digits duds of Mount, Saka, Ayling, McCarthy and Lacazette in the starting 11.

Iheanacho anyone? Just saw the last one scooped up by Kopite in Sand.

Actually it was Vardy as captain that wins gold. After that drubbing of Sheffield United, Journeymen get the second best player of that match. Three assists and two bonus points to double. John Stones with 14 points puts him over the line.

Stormin Gunners also with Captain Vardy are right up there with Dunk and Meslier also in the Kings of the Gameweek is just inches away from Gold taking Silver.

FC Epikoines gets Bronze after captaining Benteke for 4. A backline and keeper all with clean sheets amount for 47 points. Stones, Cancelo, Chilwell, Alexander-Arnold and Henderson. Jota and Jesus get it done up front.

    Congrats All!

GW 29 was the week of Trossard. Anyone bringing him is on the medal stand or honorable mention. 3 goals and 5 assists going into the blank Gameweek and he was almost Kevin Nolan level of surprise ringers. I just had to google Star Trek Enterprises Captain played by Patrick Stewart. I knew it had a similar ring.

Top Shelf captains Bamford for 22 with Trossard'a 14 in too for Gold. Antonio, Lookman and Lloris help him edge past the pack right behind him.

Virgil Reality captains Trossard for Silver getting the boosts from Lingard and Veltman. That Dawson -1 hurt but Silver it is!

Honorable mention, FC St. Pauli, get a vice-captain Bamford combined with Trossard's 14. Antonio was in there too to stretch the lead in VSR.

Bronze goes to a Lingard captain for Keyser Soze Wanderers with Sanchez, Maupay, Lookman and Pepe all in the points to grab the medal.

    Congrats All!

FC Epikoinis is welcomed back to the medal stand. Captain's Jota for 24 points and Trent Alexander-Arnold gets only his second double digit haul of the season. Kabak with a clean sheet fills the final Liverpool spot. The three end up providing 42 of the 65 points for Gold!

ColdDogSoup grabs Silver with the Kane Train picking up steam around the final bend. The trusted Blues brothers of Mount and Werner keep at their pace of making good every 3rd week. Meanwhile another shrewd Jota transfer is where the true bragging rights belong. That 5 goals against baggage carried by Christensen warns of the potential trip hazard.

Lokomotiv grabs Bronze with another Captain Kane on the books. Jesus and Mane along with Robertson and Coufal get enough points on the board to eke past Aviators to get on the medal stand. Aviators is where we find our third and final Jota of course!

No Iheanacho but Glorydaze grabs gold thanks to the midprice Midfield sensations of Greenwood and Lingard helping Captain Salah to a 39 point haul. Digne, Wood and Sanchez grabbed enough 5 and 6's to top the medal stand.

Virgil Reality grabbed silver and at the same time now tops Sand League and is 2nd in All Rocks. Lingard is there again. Captain Son gets a decent haul and Edinson Cavani gets his first double digit haul since Gameweek 11. That is just enough to edge past Morning Glory and Real Newark who share bronze.

Morning Glory smartly captain Mount over Kane and got double digit hauls from the other forwards on the squad, Cavani and Lacazette. Sitting 3rd in VSR, they are hoping Lacazette can maintain his form and get them to Small.

Real Newark was another one with the other forwards outperforming their star. This time it is Ings with the captain badge and Iheanacho, I knew his name would come up, and Lacazette, again, get the double digit hauls that make it a medal worthy weekend.

I thought this write up would be just about Kane but took a look at the Double Eliminator Cup results and the survivors (with no strikes) are also those who make the Fantasy Olympics Headlines. Coincidence or Kaneincedence?

Morning Glory grabs gold this time. Captains Kane of course. A Foden and Cavani goal and two clean sheets in the back allows him to edge past the next two by two points.

That two each had 63 points. Captain Kane for ColdDogSoup along with Bale and Moura. It was a Triple Captain Kane for Lokomotiv Lewisham.

Just one game and then the injury. Like Kane of yesteryear. But this year it is a 75% return and on the verge of being the best player in all of FPL.

No bronze but an honorable mention to Tangers FC who Wild Carded. Captained Mane, got to enjoy Bernardo Silva return to form and newbies Coady and Foden making good after their transfer market pick up.

Kopite Juniors had one of those FPL moments. Transfer in a familiar name striker from a team that seemed to forgetten how to find the back of the net just in the previous gameweek. Then get to watch that player, Chris Wood, get a hat trick and an assist in a "do or die" match in a competition, The Golden Boot. Add that with the hottest commodity in the EPL, Iheanacho, along with Salah and Alexander-Arnold on your favorite team hitting stride. That equals a hop, a skip and a jump to the top of the medal stand!

Glorydaze shared half of that story with Chris Wood and Captain Salah to get silver. That is also their 8th medal and the right combo to put them on top of the Fantasy Olympics standings.

Keysersoze Wanders grab Bronze thanks to Captain Iheanacho. Nice to get the Captain right and be able to pick Iheanacho or Lingard instead of Bruno Fernandes. It works out better that way.

The certain genius who captained Gareth Bale can start making their way to the medal stand.

It was a tale of three Bales. Two Bales captained and then a Kane over Bale. Through the Blue Smoke, Son was able to get his "heart EPL fantasy icon" over the one yard line to mess up the Bale party at the 19th hole. 19th hole burger in Death Valley costed only $32 a pop. Kane will have to hope he did not cut of the price tags off his Blue Tuxedo.

On the other side of things, the Man U fans were able to reenact the storming of the US Capital. Any Salah or ManU hopes were squelched. Heading to Pennsylvania this summer I will be sure to wear my ManU jersey for the reenactment of Washington crossing the Delaware. Don't know what it costs but must be worth it.

Besides the Fantasy Olympics it will be a wild ride to the finish. Kicking and Screaming tops Sand this week and the rest of the leagues are shaking out quickly.

It was a wild triple gameweek. Five teams posted in the triple digits. That is a first around here!

Pararaiders were on top with the Triple Captain played with Bruno Fernandes. That rest in the Leicester match must have hurt. 57 points from Bruno and 16 from Eze and two clean sheets from Pickford and that does it.

Right behind is Glorydaze. So close to gold! Does the bench boost that gets Callum Wilson's brace onto the board. Then there was the closest thing to a holy trinity for this gameweek without Bruno Fernandes which is Salah, Rashford and Greenwood. Also, with a double Everton clean sheet by way of Digne.

Sasha Juniors are back to the medal stand. Captain's Fernandes and has four more players in the double digits. Ol' Ollie Watkins was in the negative and Reguillon with a goose egg against Leeds smoldered the fire. Bronze it is.

With Silver, Glorydaze takes the lead. Tied in points with Sasha Juniors but more of the precious silver than Sasha Juniors that have it for now.

A precarious blank gameweek ahead and a mighty amount of rotations and unpredicted results ahead as players to start to either play for their job or a transfer to brighter pastures the Fantasy Olympics torch is still to be won!

Just took a quick look at the tables while they are still updating. Looks like blech may have gold and would be within a Bronze medal of winning this thing!
