I don't know what to think of this.

If i remember correctly, it was said referee that apparently was unfair to Barcelona against Betis, with everybody in Barcelona crying and complaining about it.I find it quite strange that a referee who was under pressure from the mickey mouse press in Barcelona has to take control of such an important match in there.

Assuming Heinze is fully fit for the game, we should have a pretty intimidating defensive line:

    Ramos -- Canna -- Pepe -- Heinze
    Diarra

With Messi and Henry missing out it seems they will have an extremely hard time getting close to goal.

Minus the home ground, we seem to be going in with all the advantages. Hope we're able to capitalize on that and give them a thrashing they won't forget. :D

(hope I'm not jinxing it! :p)

    Fixed.

What are the chances of Saviola coming on with us being up 2-1 (gotta keep it realistic) and scoring the 3rd in the 87th min.??

Yea he has been horrible this year but after what he did to us with Arsenal I'd rather not take any chances, lol.

Am i the only one who thinks that Iniesta will be Barcas most dangerous player?

Eto'o could fit there too but i think that he will have a hard time against Pepe, Cannavaro + Diarra at times.

I don't know if these players are all available but i think this will be their lineup:

    ---------------Valdez-----------------

    Zambrotta --- Puyol --- Milito --- Abidal

    --------------Yaya Toure--------------

    ------------Deco------Xavi------------

    -----Iniesta------Eto'o-----Ronaldinho--

Deco and Ronaldinho are out of form but Xavi, Iniesta and Eto'o should be a big threat for us.

The game will be won in midfield imo.

I wouldn't be surprised to see Rijkaard give a go to Gudjohnsen instead of Ronaldinho. Apparently he did very good in their 3-0 trashing of Valencia. Not that I would mind it though.....it's Gudjohnsen after all and if I remember well he missed a couple of sitters against us last season. :)

We did not see Heinze enough in the last match. I am concerned whether he is fit enough to play.

    valdes<Casillas
    zambrotta<Ramos
    puyol=Pepe
    milito<Cannavaro
    abidal>Marcelo
    yaya toure<Diarra
    xavi<Sneijder
    deco<Guti
    iniesta<Robinho
    eto'o<RVN
    ronaldinho,gudjonsen,giovanni<Raul

Abidal has been really good. Yaya Toure is a good player as well. I think hes been better than Diarra for the most part due to Diarra's dip in form through Ramadan.

I feel very confident. The only real thing going for em is home advantage,

Not sure if Heinze will start, since messi is out schuster might find this unnecessary! especially since there is some sort of understanding between robinho and marcelo!

Apparently this will be Robinho's first game as a father?!
If so he will want to dedicate the game to his son. We should expect a MONSTER game from him come Sunday!

finally the game of all games and it is going to be a christmas present because we will win

btw....isn't it a coincidence that the rat-face messi is all of a sudden "injured"....I guess he's too scared to face the team after that cheating hand ball goal he did in may. We will never forget it and we'll make sure that messi will be punished for such a crime he performed.

Think you should maybe take off your rose tinted glasses there. Pepe is far from convincing. Toure is a good player and has been better than Diarra. Xavi and Iniesta make Barca tick. As good as Sneijder and Robinho have been for Real this season, I don't think i'd go as far to say they're better than those two. Hopefully on Sunday I'm proved wrong, though!
