My main question is, if 2 teams get relegated from the 2 Bundesliga, and hypothetically both of them are in the far north of the country, are the north and south D3 leagues reorganized so that one team that was formerly in the North gets moved to the South, or how does that work? It was ruled quite simple: in D3 North one team less had to relegate; in D3 South they are playing with 19 instead of 18 teams and 5 instead of 4 relegate to D4 this season.
