It's not the Crew's fault. It is the state of Ohio's. There is just something about playing in Ohio that really hampers athletes.
HMMM, not sure, but ever since I "left" Ohio my finances have improved to the point where I'm basically debt free, and mind ya, I had a better paying job in Ohio.
Doing better? Hell, that'd be a f****ing understatement for Razov. The Chivas-Galaxy match makes me want to puke. Ante's sitting on top of the MLS leader board, 8 goals - 5 assists... That guy's on his way to a re-inventing year. **********.
i dont really give a shit about razov. he was here for such a short time, and hit the metros up in between. he was never really crew to me. its not like we drafted him or he first really came into his own with us or anything.
I agree. Anyway, the guy's main problem was that he hated the former coach, and was quoted as saying to him "You're an idiot and I refuse to ever play for you again". Hard as hell to find fault with that.
Anyone else wondering how many Razov would have scored for us this season, now that his favourite coach has gone? Possibly a case of right player wrong time.
For being Fire or for his stay here? If it is the latter, could you find fault with any player that had a problem with A-lis? On-topic: Dominic Mediate is getting a little more PT. Does he qualify as "doing better" yet?
Speaking of Sanneh This is kinda interesting https://www.bigsoccer.com/forum/showpost.php?p=8620070&postcount=189
Yes and no. Yes, some of the details of the transactions are somewhat interesting, although there's not much there that wasn't pretty obvious and/or easily deduced at the time, aside from the very specific numbers. But the guy who's been touting this bull is a sick and twisted jerk, and the less notice his ridiculous mewlings get, the better for everyone. He tried mightily to slander a whole bunch of people, including league and team officials of both the F*re and the Crew. Nutjobs like him need to go someplace else for the attention they missed out on as children.
I agree. Thought that Wilts viewpoint was interesting. A Katona is one of the biggest muppets on here.
So Peter Wilt's comments lead me to believe that we are still paying a portion of Tony Sanneh's salary, unless that somehow got moved on when we dealt Razov to NY, which I highly doubt.
Probably true but we have plenty of cap space this season and Tony will be off the books next season.
Yup; just asked the same question in the World Cup forum. Maybe he'll pull a hat trick then disappear for 12 games just like he did while here.
I just logged on to see if there was a post here about that goal. What a superb shot! Edson may be lazy and frustrating for 90% of a game, and in fact for 95% of a season, but it only takes a few seconds of brilliance to score a goal. We don't have any striker capable of doing that on our team. (Now there's a refrain we've never heard before...)
