Possible. But that would lead to more. Im happy that we have our own different identities. Fifa are desperate for us to form a union representative team because they're unhappy the home nations have 4 different votes in the fifa confederation. This will spell the end of hundreds of years of independent football associations

 

I actually think the excuse is probably genuine. Brexit allows the government to stop these clubs signing any new foreign players, a simple move which by itself would kill the entire project dead.

The Scottish government won't accept it. As sturgeon is pushing for independence. The Scottish fa won't accept it. Most Scotland fans i have seen on the Internet are totally against it. The English fa won't go for it anyway nor the epl owners as they want a reduced league anyway. Celtic and rangers are the only ones in favour but they can get ********ed

This was always going to happen away, with covid out of control in Europe. But I wonder if all this will help with a World Cup bid?

 

I just watched some highlights of Foden against Villa. If he has a good Euros he could become the next footballing superstar.

 

The problem is that qualification is based on U21 results.

It feels like for the first time in a while we have a Rooney 2004 impact type player. Obviously foden is very different but he should be an absolute starter and he could easily light the tournament up, to be fair so could grealish. He's been playing incredibly lately and seems to play better in the bigger games. Some of his touches yesterday were out of this world
