17 year old striker Pablo made his liga debut for Familicao. He’s a large mobile central striker 187cm, he’s the son of former Brazilian Braga player Pena, born in Portugal, his earlier development was in Brazil prior to 16 when his father returned to Brazil for the conclusion of his career. One to watch
Fábio Carvalho made one goal and scored the 2nd for Fulham tonight only 18 born in Lisbon and plays for England youths Championship is a hard league seems the real deal
Fabio Carvalho looks like a stud for someone his age in the Championship. Could end up being a bigger loss than Angel Gomes if he represents England
Xadas scored for Maritimo vs Porto today. Still far off the NT scene but maybe could get his career back on track after some promise shown a couple years ago
Worth keeping a watch on Beto, a 23 y/o striker at Udinese on loan from Portimonense Now up to 6 goals this season in Serie A after bagging a brace today vs Lazio
Beto's league games in 2021:🇵🇹26 games & 12 goals for Portimonense🇮🇹13 games & 6 goals for Udinese23 years of age. Tall, strong, quick, and prolific. Lukaku-esque. Very interesting forward. pic.twitter.com/1z3ryI5Eet— Football Talent Scout - Jacek Kulig (@FTalentScout) December 2, 2021
so does Lukaku but even his first touch greatly improved at his age during his time at inter. Beto is a late bloomer and he’s getting the job done. His mobility for his size is also quite astonishing
Vitinha will be starting CM for Portugal in the next year. The exact box to box we've needed for years...what a player.
16 year old Roger Fernandes bagged a brace in the same match as Braga won 6-0 The goals: https://streamja.com/qa2r3 https://streamja.com/N3ak2
Surprising move if this gets finalized, absolutely huge that t came out of nowhere. Vitinha has the better chance to fulfill his potential as a world class CM and has been stated as the one teams have been after, but Fabio Veira has a high risk high reward type potential where he could become lethal as a CAM that can also play in from the left side of midfield. Fantastic vision, technique, passing range, shooting, with a wand of a left foot. He's an attacking midfielder. Needs to improve work ethic off the ball and I'm not sure about his physical ability to cope with the PL. Honestly, I'm worried he made this move too soon and it might hinder his development, at FC Porto he was homegrown, was ready to nail down his starting role (after a season where he split starting then being a key player off the bench and still had 16 assists ans 7 goals) and play in the CL and continue to grow. As a prospect he's better than Fabio Carvalho, who Liverpool signed, so let's see if he manages to surprise and grow into the player he can become in England despite the challenges of a quick jump, and transition to a more physical league.
Actually i think Conceição never particularly liked him, otherwise he would have started more. I feel he can be good in Arsenal
He never fit in Conceicao's high press and constant pressure when out of possession, Conceicao worked with him on his positioning without the ball quite a bit. Still, he was so good that he played some big minutes in crucial matches for them, don't think they win the title without him. He was crucial vs Sporting and Benfica in the middle of the season. Wonder how he'll do in the EPL, I fear he's going to be manhandled a bit.
