You can see the connections between the Fire's success and Shia Lebouf's career. Now both are s***, irrelevant, and a complete joke.
I saw this thread and was shocked that it was not dated: March 6, 2015 After seeing the debacle against Los Angeles, I thought we were eliminated from the Supporter's Shield at that point.
Whenever Yallop gets the official vote of confidence for next season, I will declare that the Fire were eliminated from the 2016 supporters shield.
Wait, what? I thought this thread was about the 2016 season. We were just eliminated from 2015? Who knew.
I like Shia much more now that he's weird, drunk, getting kicked out of Broadway shows, and generally not giving a shit. That Sia video was 12 million times better than any transformer movie.
We are also mathematically eliminated from first place in the East. We could go as high as 45 points, which for now would be joint first. But since DC (45 points) and Columbus (44 points) play twice, at least one of those teams will end up with at least 46 points. There are (in theory) still ways to finish second, but they require the Fire winning out, and Columbus pretty much winning out (they could lose to Portland, but almost certainly have to win their four EC games). And then Chicago would have to beat NYRB and DC on tiebreakers (goals scored or goal differential, I forget which, they'd be tied on wins)
