Dare I say, JC is the best Brazilian GK of ALL-TIME. He probably needs to win a WC to start convincing people, but just based on ability alone, I think he is. There never has been a Brazilian GK ranked top 5 in the world, nevermind considered by many as the BEST in the world.
that missed shot by Uruguay sums up their day. just couldn't finish even if their life depended on it.
A team - any serious team - is a work-in-progress. You won't want Brazil spectacularly beating Venezuela in a friendly 2 years away from the World Cup, easily beating a desperate Bolivia one 1/2 year away from it and losing to Uruguay at the WCQS last decisive rounds ... Brazil is in the right track to South Africa 2010: great job, Dunga.
... and right on Q, an Uruguay player gets a red card for a horrendous tackle. As frustration sinks in... Ramires should be fine.
Now if Dunga can get Kleber, Gilberto Silva and Elano off the starting squad, I'd be happy. His call-ups are still a joke.
FT 0-4 Brasil. Embarassing for Uruguay. Excellent for Brasil - that's almost a 6 pointer in terms of significance- a win over Uruguay in Montevideo. The initial chorus of boos was felt all the way to where I am.

If Brazil beats Paraguay on Wednesday, I'm pretty sure Brazil will not only assume the 1st place in the SA WCQ but in the FIFA ranking as well. Fuera, Dunga.
