Yes, he is an a**. However, he does make a valid point about the discovery process, even though they seemed to have somewhat screwed themselves in this incident. What did he think? That no other team would dare put a claim on a player they were looking at? That's typical Galaxy ego, and too used to getting their way.

He doesn't lack for a sense of entitlement, let's put it that way. He and Kanye can compete for the person in LA with the strongest sense of entitlement. :--)

L.A. is a great place for gigantic EGOs. Il Bruce fits perfectly as the Scum coach

The evil, cheating, league-favored, water-stealers have benefitted so many times from the league bending, twisting, and creating entirely new rules for them that I wouldn't feel badly for them even if they got royally screwed over. And yes, entitled is exactly right. Those shit think that they deserve all of the league's pampering and out right gifts from the referees. Il Bruce and his minions of evil can burn in hell for all I care.

    Go Quakes!!

Anybody wanna bet that when Jurgen is done with the Nats he will coach LA? After all, both of his immediate predecessors have...

Never got to see the Beatles, buy thoroughly enjoy the Beatlas. Hope to see them again at Stanford.

I would come up with all manner of fabulous posters for this, but the squeamish would find them highly objectionable.

As opposed to the results section, I figured this would be a more appropriate place for this discussion......
I must say, if I were in charge of or even employed with the Gals organization, I'd be trembling right about now.......

I gotta say, growing up in Southern California, that was not the friendliest place to put a stadium. Maybe it's safer now.

That picture (the one they photoshopped the stadium in to) was obviously taken on the one non-smoggy day in the last ten years. ;)

Here is a quote someone posted online...
Reminds me of the neighborhoods around our PAL Stadium in San Jose years ago.

It's also fargin' el-lay, so one has to assume increased cost for land, and possibly construction, and no doubt excessive salaries for some who are involved.

So we'll see if they actually manage to build a stadium, and then if they do, we'll see how much it costs, and how cool it is. (Well, we'll have to overlook that it will be in friggin' el-lay.)

    Go Quakes!!

Exactly! They can buy Ronaldo or Messi for that and fill up the Rose Bowl instead! :)
