Well done Antwerp. Mourinho's strategy weak and not pragmatic or humble enough.

FT 1-0, pathetic performance from us, Jose has a big job to change the mentality of the players. Once again a bonehead individual error does us in.

I have been critical of Jose, but at some point the players have to man up. To come out and play like that is a total disgrace.

It is a game of football against a well organised team at home. We were lucky against Burnley. We were unlucky against Newcastle and West Ham. It balances out eventually.

Once again Dele Alli gets all of the criticism when Bale, Son and others were on the pitch.

    Waffles and Stella for everyone!

Shit performance. We deserved nothing and got exactly that. Easy to over react ... it's probably going to be as uncostly a poor result as possible. If we're not to get through the Europa League group stage, it'll take worse than this. Put in a good shift come Sunday and this'll all be forgotten.

Still, no one emerges from this with any credit.* Jose got everything wrong and everyone looked like shit.

*except me, unfortunately. I've earned my first COYStradamus points.

Dele should've stayed on if you're trying to unlock that defense in the 2nd half. Lucas loses the ball like it's his job.

Don't do it to yourself. Nothing would have helped.

I'm not saying it would've helped, but if you're constantly going to slate a guy and only give him 45 minutes at a time to change your mind, it doesn't seem like you're putting him in the best position to do so.

I know, I'm not *the* Special One, so I'll shurrup and go back to my booze.

Fair play to them, by the way. Better team by a mile. Would've been a travesty had they not taken all three points. 2- or 3-0 would've been more appropriate.

We were not great at Burnley, but the players gave an effort, tonight they just showed up like they were going to stroll to victory. Unacceptable.

For me the problem with Dele is his position on the pitch. Why is he expected to score or assist in a midfield three.

If you put him in a front three with Son and Kane I guarantee he scores. If not, then you bring on Bale.

Hmph. Wasn't watching but I had the impression LASK were the strongest other team in the group, just based on results they've had in Europe the last couple of years. So after not having any trouble with them last game, I was a bit complacent about this one... seems like the players were too. Hopefully a kick up the backside for the EL campaign.

I am just afraid the players don't have the right mentality to compete for major honours. The collapse against West Ham and tonight's debacle cannot be blamed on the manager or lack of talent.

The manager is there to instil the mentality and he bought Bale to be his Zlatan but he may turn out to be his Alexis Sanchez.

Too early to judge Bale, he is still not up to speed fitness-wise.

Do we have ANY in form wingers right now other than Son?

Lucas and Lamela seem to be the same player, just different preferred foot. Bale is still trying to get back in shape and Bergwijn seems to be having a crisis of confidence.

Is it any wonder Bergwijn is having a crisis in confidence? He plays well and then the manager benches him. I'm sorry but Jose has a history of ruining talent as much as he has a history of winning trophies. We probably have a De Bruyne or a Salah that will be sold.
