The more I watch their first goal, the more I think that was a foul on Kroos. As someone has mentioned before, Bale had a disallowed goal once for the same reason.

I think he was just unable to jump with the guy pushing him down like that. That's exactly the problem.
To me it looked like he got caught with his pants down. Kroos has never been one to shy away from running up to the referee but he didn't even react. Just put his hand through his hair and walked off as usual. Reckon he wanted to push into the player and thought Lunin would punch the ball but he missed it so it became easier for Christensen. If Kroos had jumped I think he'd gotten the header. It was wrong to put him against their tallest player.
The lion share of blame is on Lunin, but Kroos didn’t look to be arsed enough to even attempt to jump. Not surprised.

It's irrelevant whether you jump or not. Pulling yourself up by using the opponents back is a foul. I don't want to complain, but it was a foul to me. I can get a header over Ramos if i'm allowed to climb his back to do it.
