why ecuador's lower aged team is weak? youth team is the basis of next NT!!

If you would have seen the U20 team play a few months ago, you would understand!!
The talent is there,they just need better schooling and better fugeo.
Both can be brought on by a good coach!
This where I think El Maestro Alex could come in the picture.
