another chance to court a massive Mexican fanbase......the stadium is nice though. I think it'll be that same mess we had against Colombia though, that field for the Cardinals is going to be in full NFL swing when we're there....

Mexico Again !..... and on top of that we never have good results against them... we always lose... and its weird because they are not better than us. And any game against Mexico in the US is basically a home game for them unless its in Miami or at Giant's Stadium where we dominate.

haha.... look at you trying to elevate yourself... comparing Ecuador to el salvador and guatemala which are other crap teams from your federation.... thank them, canada, and the rest of the carribbean nations for your never ending qualifications to the WC. Atleast you have a one good opponent.. your papi the USA.

Last time Ecuador played the mejicant's.. the juvenile team beat your team and it was in Mexico .. I forgot which city.

Yes, it is Asia, but more specifically, it is in the Middle East on the tip of the Arabian Peninsula.

Didn't Donovan hang a hat-trick on you guys last year? That would make him your "papi" as well, right?

As far as I know, we've beaten you in every competitive match we've played during a tournament. At the 2002 WC and at last year's Copa America.

When it comes to friendlies, well here are the results from the last 5 years.

I think the results speak for themselves.

Either way it should be a good game with both teams bringing reserve players for the most part.

QUE OPINAN UDS DE ESTA CONVOCATORIA???

    Ecuador

    Arqueros:
    José Cevallos (Liga)
    Máximo Bangüera (Espoli)

    Defensas:
    Enrique Gámez (Macará)
    Erick de Jesús (El Nacional)
    Jorge Guagua (Barcelona)
    Luis Checa (Deportivo Quito)
    Isaac Mina (Deportivo Quito)
    Giovanni Nazareno (Deportivo Quito)

    Volantes:
    Luis Fernando Saritama (Deportivo Quito)
    Fernando Hidalgo (Barcelona)
    Pedro Quiñónez (El Nacional)
    Walter Ayoví (El Nacional)
    Fabricio Guevara (El Nacional)
    Jefferson Pinto (Emelec)
    Luis Bolaños. (Liga de Quito)

    Delanteros:
    Joao Rojas (River Plate)
    Pablo Palacios (Barcelona)
    Narciso Mina (Manta FC)
