I played one game on that turf (sic), in 1981, for the the Portland city championship. It was crap. I was a forward on the Iron Mountain Rangers. We were Oregon state champions that year. I can post a picture of my plaque, if needed.
Here you go, Gabe. My championship plaque. I played in the final against the team we lost to in the city final...all my team had to do was draw 0-0, which we did. Shortly after that, I was off to San Antonio, TX to start my USAF career.
