We will continue the discussion on when to start shortly, but first the "rules," The player list is frozen with the first pick. So if your favorite player transfers in to your favorite team AFTER the first pick is made he will not be available during the draft. So if we start 7/29 and Messi shows up 7/30 he can not be drafted. Player joining the EPL are "official" once they have been added to the player database on FPL. Doesn't matter that the Mirror or whatever rag says someone has signed. May sound for all the world like Ronaldo has signed with Watford, but he is not official until he has been added to FPL and given a price. You should post your picks to BigSoccer. A new thread will be created for this purpose. That's right, brother. So all of you have won a New Car, er, New GDoc Database! Basically I snagged the 2014 GDoc from Very Small Rocks, cleared it and like pre-chewed gum between grade-schoolers, passed it around to friends. Everyone should be able to edit it and download it, but not invite others to it. Let me know if you have access issues.

Ok, back to start date. And start time for me so I can "freeze" the Player List. How about late Wednesday, 7/27, or early Thursday, 7/28, Central time. Patrick can chose. My hope is to get several rounds in before the weekend when Richard will be "out" and I will be away from my analysis. The first few rounds are the most fun and offer the greatest choices. (Actually, I suspect I will take my analysis with me.) Problems?
