Congratulations to South Carolina, They matched Duke's possession in the first half with dangerous counter attacks. they have two very good forwards. Duke will never live up to the promise of the first half of the season until they learn how to create quality chances, and there were plenty to be had in the South Carolina Game. the forwards would rather try to beat three defenders than dish the ball off to an open man. Far post runs are never rewarded, Chances are wasted on unlikely shots from bad angles. they play really well in the back and the midfield, then seem to panic as they approach goal making terrible decisions and poor quality crosses that are generally too shallow and picked up by the keeper. If they want to have a chance in the ACC they've got to be less selfish.
