I don't think the team does anything official but they used to use a company down in Attleboro to do all the numbering and customization...that smaller company would occasionally put extra/reserve merchandise up for sale on ebay.

 

If they did no one would know about it. Maybe the fans can organize a DP/salary cap filling bake sale for the team.

 

I have no love for DC on the field, but you have to give it up for the way that organization works. It's always good to see clubs reach out to supporters & their communities with stuff like that.
