I truly think that this significant topic deserves it's own thread.
I think if you modified the vibrations you could use them to remind strikers not to lean back when taking shots on goal.
Created to stop the derailment of that other thread, the very first post here derails this one.
I'm for it...I guess?
Wait, this is NOT the Lords of the Ring Thread (the GREATEST THREAD OF ALL TIME™!) ?
I thought that thread was all about anal beads.
Moved to the "correct" Thread:
What? The chess, the cheating or the anal beads?
No judgment here. Whatever floats your boat so long as it is legal and everyone involved consents.
So, uh, where can you buy these vibrating anal beads?
Asking for a friend.
My first thought is Babeland on Capitol Hill in Seattle, if it's still open. They had lots of interesting "enhancements" back in the day.
Do they have online ordering?
Again, asking for a friend.
You should check it out at work tomorrow while on your coffee break.
Maybe someone could insert a plug in that other thread.
Oh no, time to quickly unwatch this thread.
Yes, and yes..
According to a friend.
I could claim it as an accessibility accommodation -- instead of the ringer on my phone, my rectum would vibrate.
I mean, if it was for me.
Which it's not.
Methinks he doth protest too much.
BigSoccer has officially outdone itself
Nope, just anal geeks.
Somebody needs to get to the bottom of this.
And get the whole story.
Or "hole" story?
Magnus's trainer let something slip.
The data nerd professor guy can't find any statistical evidence in Han's games.
But the problem is really 'smart' cheating. It would be too obvious if you used the Stockfish engine on every move - because then your correlation to Stockfish would get too high to be believable. So instead you only use Stockfish in 2-3 big moments for example. Even at SuperGM level, this would make you the best player in the world, as opposed to a 2600+ player
This is all about the tiny margins, like sports doping - there are 24 Super GMs apparently - but if you move into the top 10 players you can make big money in chess.
Data nerd has a model to address smart cheating but that isn't the end of the story.
The trainer spoke about the game intelligence / psychology at super gm level - what goes into decision making in critical moments? They feel data nerd isn't a strong enough player to bring these psychological games plays to the table.
So this seems to be the basis of the suspicion - that the game play was just too odd compared to the rationale given by the player.
Is "Stockfish" a brand of anal beads?
