I am getting sick and tired of our men't team playing like shiite when we have a great crowd.

Players are constantly talking about how they want the game to grow and then they perform like complete losers.

It is time you guys prove to us, the fans, that you are worthy of our support.

Taking that game yesterday as a legitimate loss is dumb. It was a performance check for Bradley, that's all.

1.- We played the bottom half of our 30 players - they were starting their top 11. Are we going to go into any key international game with Howard, Dempsey, Donavan, Altidore, etc all in street clothes?

    2. The point of the game for Bradley was not to get a W, but to evaluate players in a game situation.

    3. My favorite part of the game was not just the huge crowd, but that every time the Czech republi scored- it got SILENT. nothing I hate more than being out numbered in our own stadiums.

That doesn't change anything. Giants stadium is in the usa its our home . Usa soccer presell window is to usa soccer members, not mexican fans fault

Lol dude it was the gold cup final. There is no pre sale. All the tickets for the entire tourney go on sale at once. What you expect a bunch of fans to pay $50 a ticket a 5 months in advance hoping that their team makes it to the final?

Seriously, name one other time we lost a meaningful game infrot of a large crowd at home.

    I'm still waiting.

First, yesterdays loss means absolutly nothing to me. The game served it's purpose.

Second, even if you don't want to admit it, Giants Stadium is a home game. I dont care how many Mexicans were there. Just like Chicago last year was a home game, even if we were out numbered by 50k. Until Americans get off thier asses and go to games, we'll still be outnumbered and embarrassed at home. Everyone has an equal chance at tickets. Buy them.

not arguing the case either way but why is it such a stretch to want USA supporters to buy tickets or want to attend to the confederation final played in our country?

I'll take any win with a smile. Turkey is a solid team, and they've got BigSoccer legend Guus Hiddink with them. We're doomed! :D

Bingo. I clicked on the thread thinking the OP would comment on how the US RARELY HAS A GREAT HOME CROWD. When they play big friendlies against Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, etc., the visiting team has BY FAR the majority of fans. The times this cycle the US has had a great home crowd:

31,000+ in Tampa Bay against Ecuador: US W 3-1
50,000+ at Soldier Field in the Gold Cup semifinal: US W 2-1 over Canada
23,000+ at Crew Stadium in La Guerra Fria: US W 2-0 over Mexico
    27,000+ in Nashville WCQ versus T&T: US W 3-0

On the rare occasion when the US gets a large pro-US crowd, it sure seems like they feed off of it pretty damn well.

well after seeing the A team perform, and the B team perform, I see that are B team just truly sucks compared to are A team. And we should have won by two goals, but after this performance I think its good enough. And your right, a win is a win.

The B team team played the Czech Republic, not a weak team at all. They put up a fight. The C team defeated everyone else in CONACAF last season except for Mexico.

The backups don't suck near as bad as some want to say, but if the US has any aspirations of making a deep run in the World Cup, the stars have to stay healthy.
